Scheduling for an appointment in this clinic is the worst. I don’t usually write reviews unless they are either really good or really bad.First appointment, they ordered a lab work for my mom one week prior to office visit. My mom went to her scheduled appointment only to be told that the test that was done for her is missing one. And apparently, it is the test needed to know what’s wrong with her. So we had to make another appointment for the lab and the office visit. NOTE: No apologies.Second appointment, set on the day of first office visit which is 6 months early. A month before the set date, the office called to reschedule. I was told to call the day before the lab appointment so they can send the order to the lab. I did. And they told me to call again in the morning to get the order to make sure that the lab gets it. Again, no apologies. The day before the office visit, front desk called me to ask if I would rather have a virtual visit. I said sure. My mom is elderly and at risk for getting the virus. I asked if there’s a meeting ID and they said that they will call me at the time of the appointment to give me the ID. The day of the visit came, I waited for an hour for them to call, NO CALLS. I called 15 minutes past appointment time and no one was picking up the phone. When I finally got a hold of someone, I was told that they had my mom for an office visit. No one cared to update the system. And again, no apologies. You must know that the patients you “take care” of have lives that they need to deal with. This is why we make appointments so we can make sure things are taken care of. RESPECT the time that you set for your patients. It goes a long way. Besides, these visits are not FREE.
