Like many I have had my fair share of trauma growing up going to my dental cleanings and procedures. It affected me so much that even at 26 years old I was still showing up to the dentist, for a simple cleaning with my mom. That all changed as soon as I came to Chino Hills Dental Group and Orthodontics. My hygienist, Gia and my Doctors, Aya and most recently Saade have been so patient with me and my anxiety. Gia my hygienist who I see every three months for cleanings recently handed me a stress ball during my cleaning, who is named Wilson from the movie Castaway. Although I go regularly for my cleanings, I still have days where I am more sensitive than others. This stress ball is so thoughtful and caring for clients like me who don't do well on my own. I have now been going to CHDG for 2 years and my anxiety has reduced on a scale from a 10 to a 3. I cant express how grateful I am. I will also add that for so long I was putting off the removal of my wisdom teeth due to all my fears, this year with ease I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed. CHDG really puts the clients and their needs first. I will continue going here for my dental care and I will continue referring as many people as I can. Thank you again CHDG for all your kindness.

Dr. Saadee and Neela were extremely helpful. I came in for my new crown, and they were so nice and communicative. They explained everything I needed to know and clarified any questions I had.

First time coming and had a great experience. The front staff Apple was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. The hygienist Gia was thorough and explained everything clearly. I highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for excellent dental care

This has been my dental office for over 15 years. The whole team is professional, courteous, and accommodating. The dentists and dental hygienists I've encountered over the years there have all been great. I've had a few recent visits for some dental work and upkeep. Dr. Christine Saade has been my main dentist (multiple visits) and she's just awesome! She always takes great care to explain what issues she sees along with possible remedial actions. She's quite thorough indeed. There is no doubt I'm in great hands with Dr. Saade. Super glad she's my dentist! And as far as hygienists go, I've recently been helped by Saja who's excellent as well! She took great care to ensure i was comfortable while doing a super job. She knows here stuff! I'm in great hands there as well! Thank you esteemed Chino Hills Dental Group Team!

Insurance fraud. Untrustworthy. They bill insurance companies for work not done. This review is long overdue. I went to this dentist for about 10 years. 5 years too long. But I hate looking for dentists so I kept going hoping care would improve. There are 2 locations. I started at the 1st, then they sent me by the car wash. What I really didn't like is that every time I went they wanted to sell me extra services. They were like pushy car salesmen. The first time they said "oh you really need this fluoride treatment" so I did it. But then they were just going to keep doing it and charge me. I finally just started saying "no" to everything. But I didn't like the pressure. (I don't like car shopping either). They have a shiny clean office with state of the art equipment, but they made me feel like I had to get tons of extra treatment to help them pay for all their cool stuff. I didn't like that. The last straw for me was when I found out they were billing my insurance Co for services not rendered! For the 1st incident, it took me a dozen phone calls to speak to someone about fixing it, and then 6 months to correct it. My insurance Co couldn't pay my Endodontist because this office took so long to correct their over billing. Last Sept I went back for a cleaning. No xrays. Cleaning only. When I got the insurance statement, they billed for a full set of X-rays! I called them and told them. I had to leave a message because billing was busy. Of course, no one ever called me back because they never call people back. That was it for me. For all I know they've been over billing my insurance company for years. And I'm probably not the only one. They should be investigated.

My mother, Pamela H. went in for an emergency procedure and received the utmost care and treatment while there. A big thank you to Dr. Aida, Ray, and Peana for being so attentive throughout the entire process. Peana was especially so kind and helpful, and made her feel very calm in an otherwise scary situation. Thank you so much to the team here!

Saja was my dentist. She was extremely helpful and friendly and informative and did an amazing job.

This review is speaking for 2 different visits and patients. First off the receptionist Yas super professional and kind she made check in smooth. Dr. Saade was super wonderful with my daughter and sons, she made them very comfortable and a visit to the dentist is something they no longer fret! I love that for me! She was patient, professional, and kind. I will definitely be referring family and friends to see her! Neela was super sweet and made my daughter super comfy during her fillings. She just knew what to say at the right time. Apple was super patient with helping me understand and explaining anything billing & procedure wise, she has to be a professional! Dr. Saja was amazing she made me feel so comfortable and like she wanted to help me not just her job, I really recommend her as a hygienist! This dental office as a whole was an amazing great experience for my children and myself, glad we discovered it.

I absolutely loved the staff at this location. Apple was so helpful and knowledgeable, easing my way through the visit. I had questions revolving around my insurance and she did leave me feeling confused after explaining my coverage. Dr.Saade is also a gem at this location. I ended up referring family and friends who all upcoming appointments.
