Making an appointment here was easy and I was taken in the next day when every other ENT clinic I called either didn't answer / didn't return my voicemails or gave me the run around. During my appointment, parking was easy, the clinic was clean, and the staff were extremely kind and accommodating. Most importantly, I received top-tier care from Dr. Saez in him treating what I did not realize was a medical emergency. He likely saved me from permanent hearing loss and I will be forever grateful. I can't recommend this clinic and Dr. Saez enough. Thank you!

Dr. Alexis Patsias is very kind and understanding. Very gentle, I have a trauma on my nose and it's very sensitive. Super positive vibes with him. Front desk is kinda rude though. The girls seem always in a rush, no eye contact. The nurse that assist the Doctor is very helpful and kind.
