Dr.Chac is indeed a very dishonest doctor. Told me I had a 10 cm tumor over two years ago and advised surgry,after attempting to the a biopsy and stopped because he new it should not be done by him. Tumor proved o ly to be 2.7cm. Recommended to another doctor for a little commission and encourage surgery fir more commission Not for me ever!!.

Terrible bedside manner. Told me I didn't need a rohgam shot. Never even showed up for my birth which I gave birth on my due date. Told me I didn't need my ultrasound photos because once she was born I would take plenty pictures. Constant confusion on appointments. Extremely rude front staff. Never answers phones or messages. One visit i was bleeding after being checked and another patient was who helped me and gave me a pad because she HEARD my entire visit. HIPPA isn't acknowledged on more than one occasion for me. Overall terrible experience. I would give anything for someone to warn me about dr chac ahead of time. I would have never stepped foot inside this office. I am currently in therapy for a traumatic birth and ptsd. I am also considering not having another child. Follow up care was non existent. I had severe ppa and ppd. I only met me midwife once. The list goes on and on. This doctor needs to be investigated and shut down.

First time there and last one. Horrible Dr Rick Chac. He is very loud and everyone could hear him in the office. I wait for hour and half and I could hear him talking with each patient in different rooms. This should be a prívate visit and confidential..He is very unprofessional, he is a clown. I wasn't happy with his answers and after I wait for so long he was in a hurry. One of the assistant told me they didn't have the ultrasound results when they did have them. Very rude and sarcastic the assistant. I won't go again and I don't recommend this clown Dr Rick Chac the worst doctor.

Very bad experience! First time there I had my appointment at 9am Dr Rick Chac saw me till 10:30am I was waiting and you can heard everything he’s talking with all the patients. He’s very loud! Finally after 10:30am he saw me and he was extremely loud I was very embarrassed just to know everyone is listening my situation! He is not professional at all and this should be a prívate and nice appointment. I had questions and the way he was talking was very unprofessional and loud also the assistant told me they didn’t have the results for exams when they did have them. When I left the room the waiting room was full and everyone looked at me because everybody could hear my situation and my private visit. It should be a private visit but Dr Rick Chac is a horrible Dr. this was my first and last time there. I don’t recommend this place or this Doctor at all. Very bad experience!!

Very kind and welcoming people. When we walked in they welcomed us with smiles and kind words, definitely happy with my choice of obgyn. 10/10 would recommended:)
