Muy agradecida por mucho personal que te trata con educacion y humanamente no me se los nombres de todos ,otros son groseros y tajantes y son nuevos trabajando ahi pero a los demas y especialmente a la señorita Silvia ,por ser excelente profesional y que nos trata como gente .

Tried to make appointment while it was still open told me to call to make appointment not sure if that’s how it works but sounds like they could have just made my appointment then and there

I went on Thursday Jan. 27, 2022. The staff was very polite and professional.

I managed to find ONE covid vaccine appointment available on the clusterfuck that is the L.A. county website, and this clinic was that one.  I had some reservations as it was located well out if my NELA location, and all other indications pointed to a continuation of the mess we have to deal with.  BUT....this place was great!  They sent a couple of email reminders pre appointment.   I had a 1:30 appointment and though there was no parking lot, I did find street parking easily enough.  The whole operation was efficient and organized.  There was some wait in line, but that's to be expected.  The system the clinic had in place was great, the lines moved along, there was sufficient staff to monitor the lines ( one for appointments and another for waiting list folks), to check in people, to gather information from the clients, to keep good physical distancing, to answer questions, and to administer the vaccines.  The staff was awesome - pleasant and knowledgeable.  That in and of itself makes an impact on the mood of the clients, so they were mellow and patient.  (The whole county of L.A. could learn a lesson in this area).  Kudos to all the staff!!!

They have the parking lot on the side for the clinic however I was not able to park there spent 20 minutes looking for parking. The receptionist told me to come back after 12:10pm and I come to find out she told me the wrong time. I was late anyway because of the parking situation but I am here for anxiety and depression, might lose my job, and this is only causing so much more stress. Regardless if I was late, she still made the mistake of giving me the wrong time and would have been late anyway. You have one job. Last thing you can do is give the correct appointment time.. :( Changing the review from 2 to 5 stars because even though this happened 15 minutes or so later I was called in for insurance. I didn't have any money to pay for my visit and just started a job and didn't qualify for medical. The young lady with the insurance (there every saturday) is probably the kindest most understanding person I've had the pleasure of meeting. She talked to me and was so compassionate and gave me some of the best advice I've ever had. She gave me hope when its felt like I'm falling apart. And told me she's there if I ever need anyone to talk to. Thank you :')

Ya tengo unos años de asistir s esta clínica pero resulta que asistí a mi cita en septiembre y a la doctora se le pasó hacer las prescripciones por mi medicina para que lo surgiera la farmacia y estoy hace dos semanas sin medicina lo cual es muy peligroso para mi no me han querido atender porque no tengo cita o porque llego tarde y van cerrar no se que hacer es increibke

All this reviews that are negative are FROM PEOPLE THAT HAVE NO EDUCATION YOU CAN HAVE FREE HEALTHCARE AND YOU STILL COMPLAIN AND GIVE BAD REVIEWS TO FREE HEALTHCARE THINK ABOUT IT REALLY AND A TALL LADY THAT WORKS IN THE FRONT DESK SHE'S VERY NICE HELP ME WITH GETTING ME APPOINTMENT SO I'M HAPPY WITH ST JOHN'S IN COMPTON

So I came here a couple months ago, and yes the staff is not very nice and do look like they’re having a horrible day everyday. Even with an appointment expect to wait a long time. I came here for dental work and I will say the dentist did a great job on my teeth and they did it at no cost, they were trying to charge me over $300 at Western Dental to do what they did for free which I was really happy about. I will be coming back here although they are not the nicest I don’t really care about that. I don’t know what the regular doctors are like though so can’t say anything about that.

Dr is great, unfortunately there is always the assistant who ruins it. Alejandra is rude, roll her eyes at you, calls patients she likes first, otherwise you'll spend hrs there. managment ?? furniture old and in poor conditions. Needs more than 1 bathroom,
