No one ever answer the phone was waiting 4 months for an authorization to be sent out no one ever responded till I got my health insurance involved . Authorization from my insurance was accepted but they said it will be months till I get my injections because they don't have it supplied . I have HMO I cannot change doctors and go through this process again

I came to this office bcuz my right shoulder was in constant pain and I could not lift/raise it nor pick up anything with weight, my whole arm was weak bcuz of the shoulder needing a joint replacement procedure that I can't do due to respiratory issue. I was examed by Dr. Shahin Sheibani-Rad, she is awesome, she gave me my injection and my shoulder felt a whole lot better, I currently go for Physical Therapy to fully regain use of the whole arm and is half way there with lessen pain. When I arrive to the office, I am always seen on time, sometimes as soon as I sign in. The whole office is meticulously clean as well as the examination rooms. The Dr. Assistant and the Front desk receptionist are always pleasant and answer any questions they are able to answer or confer with the Dr. for further information. I would strongly recommend this office for you orthopedic needs. If I could give it more stars I would !!

I cannot be more grateful to dr. Saini in the office . But the office is run so poorly waited a few months to get authorization for Pt and now it has been 3 months for authorization for my knee injections I have called so many times to follow up and my insurance keeps insisting the authorization was never submitted trying to get the right person to really respond to numerous calls is impossible . I see they responded to my review it has been another 3 weeks pleading for someone to get back to me still no response it is so shameful I have no other choice I have HMo otherwise I would find another office
