My experiences with the Orthepdeic Dr and the intern Mark that was shawdowing him were both great! But the reception at the front desk is a Hispanic lady and I did not appreciate the way she addressed me. First of all she is not well groomed, didn't look like she combed her hair. She just does not look professional. Her attitude and the way she spoke to me is not how a receptionist talks to the patient. She was abrasive and sounded like she was having a bad day. I very politely asked her not to speak to me in that tone. And, she asked "how"? And I said " I don't appreciate your tone, and you are being very abrasive"..well instead of apologizing, she started to argue with me and challenging me and she stood up from her chair.. and was adamant that she wasn't being that way. I told her to please refrain.. and then she asked me "what does that mean".. then I said, "stop harrasing me". at this point she kept on and on.. and so I got up looked for the Dr that attended me, and told him about the receptionist. I don't know if he talked to the office manager about this, but I should of filed a written complaint anout this lady.. she is hispanic because she spoke Spanish. She sits on the other area of the clinic. This was all about signatures on the intake forms.. she told me I missed some areas to sign.. and I told her I didn't sign them because it was not applicable to me.. this is when she started to get an attitude with me.. and rude. She changed her tone and attitude when I went and complained.. she got up and went to the Doctor that I saw and told him that I was rude .. and this is not true. My suggestion for improvement to your wonderful clinic... FIRE! her and get someone that has a nice demeanor, anout them, smiles and looks well groomed. Thank you!

The worst place! I was waiting for my appointment with authorization on hands for one and a half months and they called me the day before the appointment, told me that they don’t see me in the system and canceled the appointment

Dr. Neusner is great. He gave accurate observation and solution options he feels is best both short and long term. He listens and takes in consideration of my concerns. His hospitality is very harmonious.

This office has professional teamwork and management. Dr blau did my total hip replacement With posterior approach , i'm more than satisfied with the outcome of the surgery. It has been a pleasure being under his care. Also I would like to say thank you to Alex for helping me put the surgery together.He did an excellent job.
