Incompetent staff. Uncaring. After going through my insurance to find a place, I called to make an appointment for an evaluation. They said they had one doctor who did evaluations under my insurance, I made an appointment, did all their paperwork, signed up for their patient portal at their request, and almost a month later I get a voicemail saying they have no doctors who can do evaluations and will be canceling my appointment. Extremely frustrating and disappointing.

I've been seeing Dr. Man at this practice for several years. Dr. Man literally saved my sanity. She took the time to really get to know me rather than trying to prescribe a bunch of meds. She got to the underlying issues and went from there. Absolutely fantastic practice and support staff. Highly appreciated and thankful for the care I've received!

This practice is incredibly disappointing. My kids were patients for several years and had in person appointments without major issues. During the covid lockdown and ensuing years, I have called the office and left messages for our doctor several times, on different occasions and never received a return call. I kept the phone at my bedside to be sure I would not miss a reply. Nothing. Both of my children were left hanging. I am grateful that as a parent I was able to offer the support the needed, by myself. Ironically, I received letters today, addressed to each child, that they were terminated as patients and their files closed, since time had elapsed without visits. Why do you think that was? Maybe it is because you do not call patients back when they need appointments. In effect, they fired US. But guess what? I fired them a long time ago. If you need care, I advise you to search elsewhere. This is a highly unprofessional "outfit" that does not care about its patients.
