Riverside Medical Clinic - Eastvale's Online Review Report Card

I and my kids have been coming here and the main office for years and all the doctors have been great. The front staff is great as well, I truly don’t understand the bad reviews but me and my family’s experience has always been great!

My mom has been seeing doctor Ballard for 7 years. He is absolutely amazing. Very patient always smiling and cracking jokes to make her laugh. Anytime she goes to see him there's never really a long wait. The front desk is always so sweet and helpful. We absolutely love this place.

So done now!  Changed OB/GYN a couple of years ago because of bad scheduling.  Based on this experience, I am positive of leaving Dr. Ballard and changing my primary.  Its not the doctors its the administration side.  LITERALLY, my Husband and I ironically had injured our right knees about the same date.  I fell off my top stair on July 3rd.  My husband had been in pain for a couple of months until work told him hed need to get it checked.  He did so about July 6th.  Today is July 22nd.  So far my Husband has had 1 Dr. visit, 1 Xray , 1 MRI, 6 physical  therapy sessions, Orthopedic visit tomorrow to determine next step for his torn meniscus.  All with a different medical group in Corona.  Me?.... with Riverside Medical Group I have had 1 telemedicine visit on July 5 Dr Ballard tells me to call Dr Crater and come in any time for Xray. Did Xray a couple days later when I could barely walk in there with a cane.  I had to call twice to get Xray results that the front desk person vaguely read to me.  I was not told next step.  I run a business from home and I am busy so I guess I should have made sure to call these people every day because once I did start calling to get an appointment for Dr Crater on my own I assumed it is to get an MRI But nooooo they need me to visit the orthopedic, Dr Crater first.  By the way to learn this was 3 phone calls from myself and 2 from my husband back & forth between both doctor offices.  I am trying to move this along since.....I CAN BARELY WALK!!!!  Dr Ballard wont give me an order for an MRI probably since RIVERSIDE MEDICAL GROUP SEEMS TO WANT ANOTHER VISIT FEE FROM US.  It is July 22nd, 20 days after my injury and when is that scheduled Ortho visit?  AUGUST 5!  Then Ill have to wait for an MRI then wait for whats next.  So looking at 1 whole month before beginning a possible treatment! I chose them when I moved to Eastvale because they were close but they have competition now.  Any experience has to be better than the 2 I had with them.  I liked Dr Ballard but he should go work for a better medical group!  I yelp now in the middle of the night frustrated with knee pain unable to walk well an having to wait 2 more weeks for a VISIT.

Stay away, they will waste yoir time with billing issues they can't handle and still send yoir account to collections. Safe yourself from stress and headaches.

Believe the bad reviews.Front desk is incompetent.Maria is miserable at the front desk.So many appointments scheduled incorrectly.They scheduled me for an appointment I didn’t ask for, at a time they saw best, as if I didn’t have a job, and gave me an attitude when I couldn’t make the appointment I never scheduled for my child.Very snarky.I’ve gotten calls saying we didn’t have insurance and after several calls back and forth told it was a “mistake” and “sorry”.I’ve gotten a bill for things paid for.Another “oops. Sorry”It’s old. Medical care is not what it used to be. These people function worse than a McDonald’s. And I’m not exaggerating. I’ve seen better team members at McDonald’s.

I had no bad experiences during the time I was there. I had discussed some concerns with Dr, Archambault and nothing came of it. All that happened was that I was referred to an OBGYN but I had no one reach out to me for it. I had no instructions given after my visit or given details on what to do next. I wish they would take more care of their patients and follow through with them. Overall to me it wasn't the greatest experience and it still frustrates me that nothing came out of my visit. Long story short, I'm looking for another doctor. Hard Pass.

The front desk is absolutely terrible. This is not a caring service oriented place in general to be honest.

Horrible experience. Husband went in for bubbling sound and pain in ear. He waited over 45 minutes in the exam room only for the doctor , Dr. Archibult to be extremely unhelpful. She barely looked at his ear, told him his tonsils are swollen and referred him to ENT doctor. No antibiotics prescribed, nothing for the pain and discomfort. Exam was less than 5 minutes. Poor experience, poor bedside manner and no genuine interest in improving his discomfort.

I WONT TO GIVE A SHOUT OUT, TO THE MOON AND BACK, FOR THE WHOLE WORLD TO HEAR HOW ONE DOCTOR AT EASTVALE RIVERSIDE MEDICAL CLINIC CHANGED MY SONS LIFE. THANK YOU DR. ANTHONY NGUYEN FOR ALWAYS LISTENING TO MY SON. IT HAS BEEN A 7 PLUS MONTH JOURNEY, SOMETIME 2 AND 3 VISITS A MONTH. WITH EACH VISIT YOU GAVE HIM YOUR ULTIMATE ATTENTION WITH COMPASSION AND EMPATHY, EVERY VISIT. BECAUSE OF WHO YOU ARE AS A DOCTOR, YOU WERE PRETTY SURE MY SON WAS SUFFERING FROM "POTS", A SYNDROME VERY OFTEN MISDIAGNOSED DO TO THE FACT, A LOT OF DR'S ARE UNFAMILIAR WITH "POTS" POSTURAL ORTHOSTATIC TACHYCARDIA SYNDROME. THANKS TO DR ANTHONY NGUYEN, MY SON WAS CLINICALLY DIAGNOSED YESTERDAY 3/9/2021 WITH "POTS" BY DR PAYAL, A CARDIOLOGIST AT RIVERSIE MEDICAL CLINIC-RIVERSIDE. ONE OF THE PRINCIPLES IN THE "HIPPOCRATIC OATH" IS "TREAT THE SICK TO THE BEST OF ONE'S ABILITY". TO YOU, WE TAKE A BOW.ROMO

I want to give a shoutout, to the moon and back, for the whole world to hear how one doctor at Eastvale riverside medical clinic changed my sons life. thank you dr. Anthony Nguyen for always listening to my son. it has been a 7 plus month journey, sometimes 2  and 3 visits a month. with each visit, you gave him your ultimate attention with compassion and empathy, every visit. because of who you are as a doctor, you were pretty sure my son was suffering from pots, a syndrome very often misdiagnosed due to the fact, a lot of Drs are unfamiliar with pots postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome. thanks to dr Anthony Nguyen, my son was clinically diagnosed yesterday 3/9/2021 with pots by dr Payal, a cardiologist at riverside medical clinicriverside. one of the principles in the Hippocratic oath is treat the sick to the best of ones ability. to you, we take a bow.Romo
