Riverside Medical Clinic - Eastvale

I and my kids have been coming here and the main office for years and all the doctors have been great. The front staff is great as well, I truly don’t understand the bad reviews but me and my family’s experience has always been great!

My mom has been seeing doctor Ballard for 7 years. He is absolutely amazing. Very patient always smiling and cracking jokes to make her laugh. Anytime she goes to see him there's never really a long wait. The front desk is always so sweet and helpful. We absolutely love this place.

BECAUSE OF WHO YOU ARE AS A DOCTOR, YOU WERE PRETTY SURE MY SON WAS SUFFERING FROM "POTS", A SYNDROME VERY OFTEN MISDIAGNOSED DO TO THE FACT, A LOT OF DR'S ARE UNFAMILIAR WITH "POTS" POSTURAL ORTHOSTATIC TACHYCARDIA SYNDROME. THANKS TO DR ANTHONY NGUYEN, MY SON WAS CLINICALLY DIAGNOSED YESTERDAY 3/9/2021 WITH "POTS" BY DR PAYAL, A CARDIOLOGIST AT RIVERSIE MEDICAL CLINIC-RIVERSIDE. I want to give a shoutout, to the moon and back, for the whole world to hear how one doctor at Eastvale riverside medical clinic changed my sons life. thank you dr. Anthony Nguyen for always listening to my son. it has been a 7 plus month journey, sometimes 2  and 3 visits a month. with each visit, you gave him your ultimate attention with compassion and empathy, every visit. because of who you are as a doctor, you were pretty sure my son was suffering from pots, a syndrome very often misdiagnosed due to the fact, a lot of Drs are unfamiliar with pots postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome. thanks to dr Anthony Nguyen, my son was clinically diagnosed yesterday 3/9/2021 with pots by dr Payal, a cardiologist at riverside medical clinicriverside. one of the principles in the Hippocratic oath is treat the sick to the best of ones ability. to you, we take a bow.Romo

All of the ladies in the front office are very friendly and caring. DR. Ismailjee is a great doctor. He took care of me during my prenatal care and took extra precautions with me coming in to check on the baby and to make sure I had a safe delivery. He never rushed me out of appointments and always answered any questions without seeming annoyed. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Roberta Pickett is great, and so is Dr. Nguyen. They are friendly, good listeners and positive. We have four children and have experienced many pediatrician doctors. They are very dedicated and never seem bothered. We feel welcomed and are happy to see them.

Registered as a new patient.Desk staff helpful and professional.Was offered an appointment the next day (I had no urgent issues).When I visited for the appointment things were still excellent. Reception was quiet and COVID aware.Didn’t wait long until a nurse ‘checked me in’ she was professional and caring.Saw the doctor shortly after. Another professional, caring and empathetic person. Doctor was in no hurry did not feel like a conveyer belt.Consultation complete, prescription arranged at convenient pharmacy.Insurance accepted.If I was to stay in the area I would definitely have this place as my care provider.Oh and all the facilities were clean, fresh and well maintained.Only thing better than going here would be not needing to. 😎

My family and I have been going here for years and we absolutely love it. The office staff is so friendly and are always happy to help. Dr. Pickett and Dr. Nguyen are WONDERFUL pediatricians. I appreciate them so much. Dr. Ballard is a WONDERFUL primary care physician with a great sense of humor. He truly makes you feel cared for. And the X-ray technician named Tressa is also another WONDERFUL employee here! When your kids are nervous and need an X-ray, she puts their minds at ease and even gets them laughing. My family of four and I have been patients of RMC in Eastvale for approximately 4 years.  Recently I changed my OBGYN to Dr Ismailjee and he immediately detected a problem with fibroids and ordered follow up screening which led to a surgical procedure.  Ive never felt better!  For never having had a male OBGYN, Dr Ismailjee was extremely professional, courteous, patient and thorough.  I was completely at ease under his care & will continue to be under his care in the future.  Thank You Dr.Ismailjee!
