Took my 5 yr for an asthma attack. Prompt care, professional, courteous. Everyone from registration to physician,nurse,techs had great bedside manner.Would gladly use them again ( especially when I get chest pain from the bill 😅)

Many health care providers are still working through the processes of delivering the much needed Covid vaccine to the masses. The staff at Mercy Hospital Folsom (MHF) certainly had refined their routine. From scheduling, to intake, to vaccine administration, it was fast, efficient, and professional. They even had an area designated for adverse reaction waiting. Always the best service, great staff, and wonderful facilities. Dignity Health is an amazing health care system, and I'm glad they're my health provider.

First Covid Vaccination set up, registration and experience was great. The team was friendly, efficient, and professional.

My ER visit went like it should have. The doctors and nurses were professional, efficient and friendly. My concerns were addressed with thorough exams, tests and lab workups. I left there knowing my concerns were addressed and understood what I needed to do for at home care.

I've been to Mercy Hospital of Folsom many times and they've taken great care of me and my mother and my daughter and my grandson I appreciate everyone who works there

I have met some of the coolest Emergency staff at Mercy Folsom. The doctors and nurses work at a superhuman pace to get patients through and they still find time to take care of every detail with each patient. I have always gone to Mercy Folsom because they are just better than every other E.R. in the area.

Since 2018, this is THE place we go for emergencies. We receive excellent care, and are treated with KINDNESS. They are thorough, they are careful to respect people with anxieties. We have gone there for pain, heart problems, trauma, allergic reaction... we just don't go anywhere else. It is not the closest, it is the best.

I have been coming to this hopital since 2008 when I first moved to Folsom. I would say that 98% of the numerous treatments I have received here were outstanding and the level of care had been both compassionate and professional. The other 2%...well nobody is perfect.On one occasion I am happy to say they (and Folsom Firestation #36) after suffering an unseen second heart attack; litterally saved my life.I was also a caregiver for a Vietnam Veteran with terminal cancer who received excellent care here every time I had to bring him.I am so greatful for my local hospital and proud to say I love you guys!❤Special thanks to: Anya at check in, Candice my nurse and Dr. Stryker.

I had excellent service and was seen within a few minutes. My extremely high blood pressure was dealt with immediately and I felt at ease when I was discharged.
