I DREAD any E.R. visit, with 2 boys I have had my SHARE. This visit was unavoidable, my youngest (17) dislocated his shoulder! From arrival to discharge we were met with amazing kind, professional staff. The WHOLE PROCESS WAS LIKE NO OTHER VISIT I HAVE EVER HAD. WE were there possibly an hour ,the most! This includedx-ray , pain meds, popping shoulder BACK IN place- and discharge papers! Smooth and seamless!! Also no "extra" covid drama or insanity.Thank you MERCY STAFF you all were absolutely the BEST

Mercy Hospital of Folsom was one of the best experiences I have ever had in an ER and after being admitted into the hospital. I actually have never experienced a nicer, more competent, compassionate ER staff in going to any ER I have gone to in my life. From registering with the reception desk to the triage RN to X-rays and blood work, I was astounded with the care I received. When I was finally admitted, I literally had the two kindest RN’s and supporting staff anyone could ask for. The physician that was assigned to me was equally kind, compassionate along with being knowledgable and reassuring.This is how a great hospital is operated. What a true asset to our community!! Thank you to everyone who helped me through my emergency and hospital stay. It allowed me to go home with the feeling that as a patient, I was treated with compassion, great care and equally important, respect.KRM

The people at Mercy Hospital of Folsom were kind, caring and skilled. I had a wonderful experience during a difficult time.

They were fast and courteous. They took me in the back and did the scan and xrays. were done quickly. And the Dr was the same i seen him twice while there. I would definately go back there

Took my 5 yr for an asthma attack. Prompt care, professional, courteous. Everyone from registration to physician,nurse,techs had great bedside manner.Would gladly use them again ( especially when I get chest pain from the bill 😅)

I have met some of the coolest Emergency staff at Mercy Folsom. The doctors and nurses work at a superhuman pace to get patients through and they still find time to take care of every detail with each patient. I have always gone to Mercy Folsom because they are just better than every other E.R. in the area.

Great staff! Clean! I was kept well informed during the visit for my son. Steve is awesome. Thank you guys!
