If I could give ZERO stars I would. If you are considering on applying here, DON’T and don’t even waste your time! Unprofessional working environment, rude employees, poor judgement towards patients, and much more. I used to be a counselor here and man, I would always go above and beyond for my clients but this place would not allow positivity. All management cares about is meeting monthly quota and keeping patients within the clinic, especially those who are ready to move on to the next chapter of their lives. There were a handful of employees here who deserve better and made days better (They know who they are). It’s heartbreaking how the wrong individuals are running this place. Front desk medical assistants are very rude and the worst. You can tell they don’t enjoy their job or life. Not to mention, one of the security guards thinks as if he is an officer. Overall, poorly managed and ran. The clients were awesome yet misunderstood. Please review and research this place before applying or even entering.

This is the worst client to try to get a patient dose at I do not recommend this clinic they will give you the run around .

never answer their phone, counselors are never on time but if you're not on time you get punished. not to brag but I've been to quite a few methadone clinics in my life, some that had no computers and did everything with patient cards and hand pumps and still operated with 100% more efficiency and courtesy for patients than aegis could ever dream of accomplishing. I am infact leaving this review right now because it is 3 hours after opening and I have been trying to contact them to speak to Amy counselor about my take home medication and im still getting their after hours answering machine..

They don’t help I stay for 1 year immediately I say i don’t pay they tell mi you can’t drink you medicine only when you pay and a lot of people have medical and using drug they don’t say nothing why because medical pay

My mom has been coming to this place for years. Now she's getting take homes for two weeks. They just take their sweet time but I understand covid-19. They should hire more people and have nurses fill up the bottles ahead of time have papers and pens ready to write down what they need to give their patients and write down the schedule instead of sitting there answering phones. Another thing if they open at 5am right now its 6:55am and they haven't let go my mom. Also being rude people who have wheelchairs or canes they should kind of go first. 4/14/21. Now why does the nurse telling patient not to wear scarf mask. If you are changing the rules then you need to have a meeting with counselors. Let the counselors talk to the patients. Plus have the patient show they got vaccine or a doctor note about mask. Keep note on file.

I don't recommend this facility. If you can find another one I would recommend you do that the staff is rude and unfriendly!!

They gave me no help because I didn't know if I would be able to get another dr. I left there in tears. They didn't care if I was going to end up using again as long as they were going to get money. Sad, when a person goes to a place for help and gets sent away with nothing. I could have gotten help if I had lied to them. I was honest and they sent me out knowing that I could relapse and end up dead. I felt like I had been thrown to the wolves,to fend for myself. I did everything that was asked of me and was treated like I didn't matter. They do not care about anyone's life just the bottom dollar.

If i could give them 0 stars I would because this place is by far the worst methadone clinic I've ever been too (I've been to a few different clinics) First off, if you were to ask patients what they really think of Aegis most would say that dread coming due to being treated like scum or a junkie. The staff are extremely rude and treat as if you are a animal at times. If you can I'd recommend the extra drive to colton clinic. Many patients have left or been illegally kicked off methadone being forced to drive between 30-60 miles extra to get their medication instead of suffering further unfair treatment from this methadone clinic. Steer clear if you can.

This placed saved my life, if your reading these reviews in wondering if methadone will work for you! IT WILL!! Regardless of what you have heard from others I promise it will help you. As long as you want to get clean, it will help you with cravings and even boost your mood! It's life changing I promise. This clinic is very personal to me I've been going here almost three years now and I love everyone here of course there's been slow days where ur here almost an hour or more waiting to dose but hey we used to wait hours for drug dealers to get back to us right??? Lol so waiting a little time to save ur life is worth it. All staff is nice, they make you feel like family not an addixt.,but I will say this, they have SEEN IT ALL, so don't lie to them....just be honest....if you want to get off the methadone they help with that too. Alot of people think once on methadone your stuck, but I. They help you with literally whatever resources you need. And on holidays they do cute events for you and your children. Like on Halloween they have trick or treating, Easter they have Easter egg hunts on Christmas they even have a santa and give out gifts :) very welcoming place. Just follow the rules and you'll be fine. I promise.

If you can go somewhere else I would this is the worst place to go to void at all cost everybody there is rude disrespectful
