Becoming an adult and starting orthodontic treatment for the first time was something I thought about for several years. Before choosing this office, I had a consultation at another orthodontic clinic. Since our teeth are something we keep for life, I felt it was important to be careful and find an orthodontist that truly fits me. Compared to the previous clinic I visited, the consultation here was very organized, thorough, and kind. During the consultation, they carefully evaluated things like how much gum shows when I smile and how my jaw looks from the side. It made me feel that they were very professional and detail-oriented. After the scan, they scheduled a Zoom meeting about two weeks later to explain the treatment plan, approach, and estimated timeline. I am now about two months into my Invisalign treatment. Whenever I have questions, I can easily reach them by phone or text and receive quick responses. Everyone at the office, including the doctor, has been extremely professional and friendly. I’ve already been recommending this office to my friends. :)

Everyone at the clinic is incredibly kind, caring, and professional. Both the doctor and the receptionist are truly wonderful people with a strong sense of responsibility. However, my orthodontic treatment unfortunately ended with no progress after more than a year. My treatment ended leaving me only with stress and disappointment, and the orthodontic correction I had hoped for was never achieved.

Dr. Lee and the clinical assistants are true experts. They took the time to explain every step of the process in a clear way, making sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire treatment. I especially appreciate their attention to detail and gentle approach during adjustments—I always felt well-cared for.

Our family recently relocated to Orange County from another state, which meant my daughter had to transition to a new orthodontist. After sifting through countless options, we eventually chose Dr. Lee — and it turned out to be an exceptional decision. His depth of expertise is immediately evident, and he takes the time to walk us through every step with clarity and genuine care. His meticulous approach gives us tremendous peace of mind at each appointment. The front office manager is also wonderful — upbeat, welcoming, and consistently attentive. I’m not someone who typically writes reviews, but the level of professionalism and kindness we’ve experienced here truly deserves to be recognized.
