Claudia was the greatest very helpful clarified everything my daughter needed. How can anyway to be able to afford my daughter's braces. For the exam she made sure that my daughter felt comfortable if she felt any pain and there was any other issues going on just made my daughter feel very comfortable and myself. And the doctor as well was very nice sweet making sure all my questions were answers, I definitely will be returning.

My son needs to have orthodontic treatment and his dentist gave us two doctors to choose from. I scheduled him for consultations with both doctors because I've learned that we always need to get a second opinion when it comes to medical decisions. Claudia, our treatment coordinator, is super nice and detail oriented. I felt welcomed even before I went into the office. From the first call for scheduling the appointment, to the follow up phone call for insurance verification. She did such amazing job! The moment we entered the office was quite unforgettable. We've been to different doctors' offices, none of them greet us like how Claudia did! She treated us like super VIP and my son like her almost immediately! She gave us a tour of the office and did x-ray for my son. Claudia was so good with kids. My son was nervous before going into the office. But after we are done, he told me it was such a great experience! After the x-ray, Dr. Lee explained the situation and offered different treatment options. He didn't rush at all. He took his time to explain everything and answered all of our questions. He is very patient and very knowledgeable. I know he is a reliable doctor I can trust! I can already tell, Dr. Lee is the kind of doctor who truly cares about his patients, not only after their money. Instead of automated messages used by majority of the businesses, Claudia provides the most genuine real person customer service you don't get too often nowadays. I can't wait to have my son start his treatment with Shining Smiles.

Nice staff took my son and daughter's x-rays and cleaned her up for them. She is so patient and kind to my kids! My kids like her! Dr Lee explained X-rays very well. I was very impressed with his honesty and I completely recommend that any child in need of orthodontic treatment go to Dr Lee for a consultation. This is an amazing dental orthodontic !!! I cannot express how friendly this location is. Claudia went out of her way to make sure I got the help I needed. Dr. Lee was amazing and was able to answer all my questions. I really wish this was my ortho when I had braces!! If you’re considering this place, do it you won’t regret it!

I'm thrilled to be getting braces at Shining Smiles Orthodontics! Dr. Lee is incredibly considerate and professional. The care and treatment that is patient-centered rather than doctor-centered is truly impressive. I visited three places and had consultations for braces before deciding on this orthodontics. The braces used at this place are sturdy just by looking at them, and just like the orthodontics' name, they are shiny and pretty. I've never seen them like this before! You can check and see for yourself what it means to be pretty! It isn't easy to meet an honest doctor, but I'm pleased to have met Dr. Lee. Also, Claudia was kind, bright, and beautiful, with a lovely smile from the beginning to the end! Driving 4 hours round trip is no problem for me!
