My grandparents needed in-home help during this incredibly difficult employee shortage while their guy takes a vacation. I know Vince from some networking groups and reached out. He worked his tail off to find someone in his network to help out! And he did it! Vince is the most caring and thoughtful person I have found in this field! I was overwhelmed trying to find a skilled nursingurging facility for a family member. There were pages and pages of choices with no reasonable way to distinguish among them. Luckily, I was introduced to Miriam at Assisted Living Locators in Columbus, Ohio. Among the many things she did were identify several facilities that could meet our needs, coordinate tours and communications with the facilities, and help us evaluate the facilities’ similarities and differences. Even after we made our decision, she has continued to help us with the transition to the new location. We could’t have done it without her.

I was tasked with finding an assisted living facility for my wife's mom. I had no idea where to look and have heard the same horror stories as everyone else. The social worker at the skilled nursing facility recommended Vince Bonnemere of Assisted Living locators. I called him and within just a few days he had 4 places lined up for me to see. I like that he didn't just recommend anyplace, but asked first what location I was interested in, price range, and what features we were interested in. The four places he took me to were all within the range of what we needed. Not only did he arrange the tours, but he followed up several times to see if I had any questions. I also had questions about getting my mother-in-law a wheelchair and a hospital bed, and even though that wasn't his expertise, he helped with that too. The "cherry on top of the sundae" (so to speak) was after we had found a place, he just followed up to see how things were going. I said that I was going to be spending the next day (Saturday) trying to assemble the hospital bed. He offered to help and ended up spending 4 hours of his own time helping me (I really needed it). He didn't do it so I would write a review as he never asked me (I asked him). My mother-in-law is actually now the happiest she has been in years. Thanks Vince and Assisted Living Locators!!!

Shannon was absolutely amazing to work with. You let her know what kind of facility you are looking for and your budget and she will show you several options. She is familiar with the staff and many of the guest at each of the facilities. She truly cares about you and your loved ones.

Common Courtesy for starters over phone, they've got that 'fake sincerity' down though so I'm sure they will do very well in this unregulated, Wild West quasi-medical sub-industry, especially in the mind State of Arizona. Very Visionary...

Vince was just amazing to work with. He is  so knowledgeable about 55 plus(Independent Living communities) and assisted Living Communities. He was patience, professional and had amazing relationships with several assisted living communities management team that we visited. A big heart and a strong advocate for senior citizens.
