The “scheduling” department is a joke. Called about 4 times today and still nothing. Who works here? Are they even doing their jobs?

Good luck getting them to just answer the damn phone. I've been trying to call them and set up an appointment for over a month. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE OR CLEAR THE VOICEMAILS SO YOU CAN LEAVE ONE. THIS PLACE IS THE WORST!!!

Being generous with 2 stars here only because the Ultra Sound Techs were nice! I don’t know where to start. First thing is first, having to pay for parking as a patient shouldn’t be an option. Second, I’ve waited for over 2 weeks just to get my ultrasound results… just to call a 10th time for the front office to let me know my results were ready days prior and not faxed over … communication isn’t the best here, but maybe I just had bad luck. This is my first and last time at this location.

This is the worst place I have ever been to, the head receptionist is rude and she seems to hate her job. They had me driving around to get a copy of the X-rays when they knew that the system was down. I was promised a call back, but I knew better, they never called, I missed my appointment with the surgeon n I still have not heard from this facility. Save the trip and ask for a different X-rays facility

This place is ridiculous!! My girlfriend is pregnant and we got sent here to get her first ultrasound and they did not let me (the baby’s father) inside with her during the ultrasound. I missed my baby’s first ultrasound, I did not get to experience that moment with my girlfriend together.

The worst medical imaging experience ever. They made me wait and hour and a half after my appointment time and still called back people that arrived after me . Front desk was was no help. I just had to walk out after paying 5 dollars for parking for this nightmare. I'm disabled and now in more pain. Thanks for nothing

I don’t usually leave reviews, especially negative ones, but I had a shockingly bad experience here. The staff I spoke to, Marilyn specifically, were so rude and condescending in a very sensitive situation. The assistant manager was helpful and friendly in resolving the situation, but I will honestly never forget how rude Marilyn was in a situation that called for compassion and decency. She shouldn’t be working in healthcare.
