The staff there are awesome!! Very professional and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Even during this pandemic! I absolutely appreciate them and I was very happy with the service I received. Glad my PC referred me to go there.

Friendly staff the young lady in the front I believe her name is Kimberly she is so kind and tried to accommodate me and my daughter she offered me two other Long Beach Sites that we could go to just Incase we didn’t want to wait. thank you all for your service I also witnessed a lot of rude people treating the girls horribly and what they don’t understand is that they try their best to help everyone it’s not their fault that the techs are either super busy or have no control over the times or the wait I myself worked in the medical field and a lot of people in the front office get treated horribly bad I salute you ladies! Definitely bringing my family to this UMI location!

Dr. Washington is fantastic. My son loves him and feels comfortable when going to see him. Dr. Washington knows how to work with kids which is great. He also was the only doctor to diagnose my son's broken wrist properly. Other doctors missed the fractures and told me my son can resume playing sports. I didn't trust that so I called dr. Washington for a second opinion and he found two fractures. He's the only ortho I trust with my son.

Wonderful surgeon, she saved my daughter's life. My daughter was shot in the head and Dr. Farin saved her, I am eternally grateful to her.

Being generous with 2 stars here only because the Ultra Sound Techs were nice! I don’t know where to start. First thing is first, having to pay for parking as a patient shouldn’t be an option. Second, I’ve waited for over 2 weeks just to get my ultrasound results… just to call a 10th time for the front office to let me know my results were ready days prior and not faxed over … communication isn’t the best here, but maybe I just had bad luck. This is my first and last time at this location.

The “scheduling” department is a joke. Called about 4 times today and still nothing. Who works here? Are they even doing their jobs?

Good luck getting them to just answer the damn phone. I've been trying to call them and set up an appointment for over a month. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE OR CLEAR THE VOICEMAILS SO YOU CAN LEAVE ONE. THIS PLACE IS THE WORST!!!
