Ghetto. Unprofessional. They have no clients and unreliable. Texts at midnight because they say their caretakers don't want to show up. They don't have any clients in the areas they claim to. Jobs are in Woodland Hills and valley areas. They have clients who cancel. They're a complete mess. Not recommended, ever.

We had an excellent experience with Home Instead. The caregivers were knowledgeable and kind to our dad. The support and managerial staff were very efficient, understanding, and responsive. We highly recommend this company for the very personalized they provided.

I love working for Home Instead Senior Care los Angeles for Ben. His company is very organized very nice and can work around schedules. I love my client that they gave me almost 3 years ago. I love the staff. And I enjoy working for this company.

Most terrible care company! Incompetent with scheduling care providers and never provided sub care providers. Staff assigned to care for my father during the night fell asleep and did not respond to his needs - Find another company!
