List of MIndpath Health Psychiatrists & Therapists's Reviews
I just had a telehealth call with Dr. Eric Michael from Mindpath. I was genuinely impressed and would recommend him to anyone looking for a bright, personable, engaging psychiatrist. I found it to be a very positive experience!
Very professional and great recommendations.
Dr. Michael is an excellent doctor. He made me feel comfortable speaking about my experiences. I would recommend him to anyone.
I had a 15 minute call where the "doctor" couldn't help me whatsoever... they're now claiming they don't accept my insurance and I owe $750. SCAM!!!! Shame on UCLA for recommending them. I'll be advising them to cancel that relationship
Smart, friendly, and responsive.
Getting regular prescriptions filled can be difficult because you have to go through a centralized phone system that very often goes to voicemail. You can't just leave a message to have your doctor call in a prescription, so you have to keep calling or request a call back. When you finally get to speak to an operator, they then send a request to the doctor. The doctor may or may not act on that request in a timely manner. If and when they do, you don't get a confirmation, so if you don't hear from your pharmacy you have to call the pharmacy to see if the prescription was sent in. If not, start that process over. As far as patient care goes, it's essentially telehealth. It feels pretty shallow and perfunctory, just enough to get a prescription for what ails you. If you need serious care and/or diagnosis, you might want to work with a more traditional doctor and office.
Dr. Eric Michael is an exceptional psychiatrist. Not only is he highly educated and knowledgeable, he’s very down to earth and approachable. It’s rare to find a psychiatrist like himself and I’m so glad I did!
If I could rate it lower I would terrible service and the worst doctor of them all is Dr. Mohamed A he treated me as a test chipmunk for medicine with no focus on what might actually work or not. He also lied to my doctor office after referring me to tms he told them that I never was referred by him. Which is a very unprofessional move work with him or this company in General at your own risk.
What a terrible company. For over a year I had been seeing my psychiatrist with a $20 co-pay and everything was great. However, suddenly with no warning they terminated their contract with my health insurance and I got a bill for over $500. I called my insurance to find out that they were out of network. When I called Mindpath Health back they assured me they were in network. Yet email after email (they stopped responding), filing grievances with my insurance, phone calls got me no where and I'm still receiving a bill for over $500. In this time they were still booking me appointments before I knew they were out of network, so now I have two $500+ bills! When I've reached out since I've received crickets except for my first email. Needless to say, this has NOT HELPED MY MENTAL HEALTH.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
