Very pleasant in and out no long wait
Love the atmosphere here Dr. Chan is the best! She's thorough, attentive and down to earth. The office staff are really cool and professional too. They recently moved to a newer upgraded office and its a nice change. I'd highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of their type of services.

Dr. Ali is the bomb! He's so caring, kind and answers all your questions. He goes the extra mile to make sure you get the necessary treatment you need.
Dr. Arati Chand has thee worse follow up, and being forthcoming isn't her strongest suit either.. my mother wasn't doing well by the time we crossed paths with Dr. Chand. I left at least 5 msgs with staff to get a call back and discuss prognosis and treatment to prepare my family and my mother for what was to come (you know... life altering decisions) she never returned a call. The stress of not knowing; and aggravation of not being able to communicate with the Dr; let's just say, became overwhelming and I needed to seek professional ER help myself to put it mildly. The next time and only time I spoke with her was via "tele-med" and she told me and my family "there is no prognosis yet, it's not like anything will happen in the next 6 mos" 18 days later my dear mother passed away. Dr. Chand, after gathering my bearings I left you another message to discuss my experience, and low and behold I didn't get a call back.. surprised! I was not. Dr. Chand DO NOT do this to another family.01/01/21 shout out to Julie and Lizzy, for their unsolicited reaching out and calling to seek to understand and tried to mend fences and make things better. HOWEVER, Dr. Arati Chand isn't made of the same fabric like Julie or Lizzy; and STILL has not returned any messages since May 2019.
Horrible. Do not trust this group at all. They even got my diagnosis wrong on the referral. The assistants don't even know what Tamoxifen is - the most prescribed breast cancer drug.
NEVER TAKE A CANCER PATIENT TO THIS PLACE!! They could care LESS....so rude when they give diagnoses. Don't think you need to CHANGE YOUR DIET when you are diagnosed or give a flying F about how you feel when you get this news. Specifically stay AWAY from Dr. QUYYUMI! What a horrible Dr....smh at the way she treated my mother and then says "no diet change is necessary, no studies to show meat or sugar cause or feed cancer" hahahahaha! Wow. Someone needs to research what they are supposed to CURE.

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
