I had my first session today for my constant back pain and I’m so thankful for Aishani and Naisargi for being so kind and friendly. Aishani did the assessment and explained everything really well, making me feel comfortable and at ease. Then Naisargi guided me through some exercises with great encouragement and positivity. Both of them were wonderful, and I’m excited to continue going to Milpitas location.

I am coming here multiple times from last few years and I have a very good experience over here. I worked with Dhwani and she helped me a lot to relieve my pain and to boost my moral.. she is very empathetic and professional and her exercises are very effective. All the treatment she is doing is customized and effective. She worked best according to my capabilities. I wish her best in her life. All the PTs are very professional. I have been working with Ektha. She is very efficient and patient. She takes time to know the issue and works towards personalized therapy. Madhuri and Tripthi have seen me (in Ekhta's absence) and they are great as well. All the PT aids are awesome!! Naisargi and Paritha are names worth mentioning. PTs go above and beyond to address the patients needs. If I have to say a few points for improvement, it would be nice to have Wi-Fi access. Stimulation , hot pack, cold pack time can be well made use of with Wi-Fi access. Getting front office to answer phone calls is challenging. Although they call back later to followup on voice mail,.having an option to talk to them firsttime would be great. Overall, I am happy with there service in both San Jose and milpitas locations. Milpitas is newer and has many more equipments.

I was referred to Physical Therapy for my shoulder pain and I chose Golden Hills in Milpitas. My therapists were Dhvani and Aishani and they both understood my problem very well and helped me alleviate the pain. The entire staff here is very friendly and supportive. I highly recommend this place for anyone who needs PT.

My primary dr suggested to go for physical therapy and I came to golden hills orthopedic center in Milpitas and I found it very helpful. Dr Dhwani was my Physical therapist. She was excellent and she understood my problem very well. She was very helpful friendly and she helped me to relieve my pain. I am almost cured in my 8-9 visits. Overall I have nice experience and staff is very welcoming and nice. The facility it self is very well organized. I am very happy and would recommend golden hills to anyone who needs help.
