Handled my bladder cancer with professional care. At present am now cancer free in the bladder. All of the employees were truly exceptional. I would highly recommend him.
Dr. Bui has been my urologist for 8 years and hes my favorite physician. If you have the opportunity to meet him youll understand why his patients love him so much. You will have his full attention and he truly cares about any concerns you may have. Hes top M.D. and human being all wrapped up in one great man.
Hi I had the great privilege to go to the OC urology associates. Its not my first time going to a urologist. So I had all my questions ready. First the girls at the front were very professional & helpful. But wth a lite dose of humor. So off to a good start. The wate visit was very short & comfort. Now in the exam room . The nurse was very good & helpful wth all my question & thorough. Since I was coming from another Dr in the area I new the drill. Pee in a cup. The c doctor. I did review his website & learned a lot. It said he is a good listener. And he was. I told him a lot. & he sat there &let me finish. The he gave my his best advice it looks good come back in 2weeks. 4 another test. So it doesnt sound like much. But I felt really good when I left. & I already told a friend about. My experience here. Umm b back Tkx
Dr Bui and his staff were very professional and on the day of my biopsy, Dr Bui reassured me that everything will be all right, which helped calm my nerves. After the biopsy, I followed their outpatient instructions and I felt great while recovering at home. Dr. Bui is very communicative, professional in his practice, and is a great doctor. I highly recommend him and will choose him as my urologist from now on.
I gave Dr. Bui four stars only because of his office staff. They dont return calls! I have left several messages through their message system with no call back. Other than that, I found Dr. Bui to be a fivestar doctor.
The worst customer service and communication from the office staffs.

We had decided to have my husband to get a vasectomy, so our primary care doctor referred my husband to Dr. Bui. The initial consultation was on July 15th, and the procedure date was scheduled on August 13th. But 3 days before August 13th, we got a text stating my husband's appointment was cancelled with "no explanation". My husband called them back to inquire about the text and to reschedule, but they did not answer the phone. My husband left a voicemail and asked them to call him back. But for 2 days later, no one in the office return his call. I asked him to call the office back on the 12th to clarify if his appointment was really cancelled? And why no one had never returned his message? Someone picked up the phone on the 12th and said that they were so "busy" that they didnt get a chance to call my husband back, and there would be someone to call him back within 24 hours to reschedule.

4 days later, still no one called him back to reschedule. To me it was a very bad sign. I asked my husband to change to a different doctor, but he did not want to go through the long process of consultation and make appointments, so he decided to give this doctor office another chance. Now look back, I should have pushed him harder to change a different doctor.

On August 17th, he could be able to get a hold of someone to reschedule his appointment. His appointment for the procedure was set for Wednesday Septerber 9th at 3:00pm. On Tuesday, september 8th, the day before his appointment, he didn't get any reminding text or phone call from this office. I was nervous about the past experience with them, so I asked my husband to call in the office to confirm his appointment as I expect most doctor office would always call their patients the day before to remind them their appointments and to go over instruction for pre procedures. Once again, they didnot answer the phone. My husband left the message, and no one called him back.

On Wednesday, September 9th, my husband called them again to confirm his appointment was on that day at 3pm, but now they said "no, your appointment was at 2pm today????" It was around 11:30am and they said he needed to be at the office by 1pm to take the Valium pill. We rushed and changed our schedules and I dropped him off at the office at 12:55pm, then I was rushing home to help my children who were having zoom meetings with their teachers. Around 1:20pm, as soon as I just pulled in my house, my husband called and said they would not let my husband take the Valium if they didn't see his driver to check him in and asked me to turn around so they could see me and make sure I would drive him home. My husband tried to make a point with them that he is an adult and would not be that irresponsible to drive himself home after the procedure, and that I already made it home with my kids. But they were adamant that they could not give my husband the pill. If they require a driver to check in the patient to provide the Valium, I would expect them to call my husband the day before his appointment to go over that with him ...but nope, they didnt even call or go over anything with him.

So I had to drive back around to the office and they let him take the Valium around 1:45pm. His procedure was at 2pm, when the Valium had not had enough time to kick in his system, causing him extreme pain and tense during his procedure.

I read a few 1 star reviews about the customer services from this office too. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR OFFICE. And we will talk to our primary care doctor about our experiences so she would not refer her other patients to this office again.

The customer service, the communication, and the way they disrespect their patients would not fit me, and I would have changed the doctor the first time after they cancelled the appointment if I were the patient. I cannot rate the doctor since I haven't encountered with him. But to me if he is a good doctor who cares, he would train his staffs better, and should read these Yelp reviews to see how horrible his staffs are, and he should have waited for the Valium to kick in my husband's system before proceeding the procedure so my husband would not be in that much pain.
Significantly disappointing customer service from office staff. Changed doctors as a result.
An excellent physician: caring, thorough, and highly skilled. I have the highest confidence in his decisions as my physician.
There comes a time in your life when you decide to get fixed, so you wont have anymore kids or any at all. Dr. Bui was a referral for my insurance company, I normally check reviews before anything I do. I met the staff and the Doctor nothing made me second guess anything. For a men, its weird to have to someone check your area out and super uncomfortable. Don Bui a true pro tho. Me being such a promoter for my business, I was telling him and the staff about my business. Funny that Im trying to close deals while even in the Operating room I was amazed by the dedication of my craft. I was kidding to the doctor and said hey do you guys even have reviews about this stuff and he goes yeah so I told them you know I would definitely give you a good review five stars I told him he did a good job little sore today but other than that its good.
Worst doctor I have ever been to! I have a long history of interstitial cystitis, and really needed some answers and help. Dr. Bui's receptionist is incredibly rude and obnoxious, and when I saw him he rushed me out after only a few sentences exchanged between us. He pushed a prescription on me that is actually known to make my condition worse! The saddest thing is that there is an excellent pelvic floor physical therapist in Orange County and he did not even try to refer me to them. I found out about this physical therapist called Pelvic Sanity (highly recommend them!) by myself and paid out of pocket to go see them. If you have interstitial cystitis or painful bladder syndrome stay away from Dr. Bui. He is clearly not up to date on treatment options and would rather push people out and collect quick money from their insurance than actually give thoughtful care.

What a laughable excuse for a medical professional. I paid basically nothing to see this doctor due to having insurance, but honestly you could not pay me any amount to ever see him again.
Doctor was great.
Very informative, friendly, and didn't have to wait around for him to see me once I was there.

Scheduling service that he uses is a joke.
The office staff (Anna & Gloria) made me feel "at home" & Dr. Bui was professional and personable.
Dr. Bui is great, but his office staff is OUT TO LUNCH! I have tried to reach the office by phone about 10 times over the past MONTH!! They NEVER answer. Very frustrating there seems to be NO WAY to reach ANYONE there to schedule an appointment.
Dr. Bui is a very excellent doctor, his staff was professional and easy to get appointment, the Dr. took his time with me and very clear guide me go to a perfect treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Bui to everyone.
Dr. Bui is terrific. He is full of positive energy. I have been there twice and have felt great time after leaving. He was patient and didnt interrupt while I was talking. I feel like I am in partnership with him regarding my health. Not just taking orders.

Dr Bui is a great doctor but I have to give 1 star for his office restroom and the unreasonable fee for EDD paper work. This is the first time I have a doctor's office asks me to pay $35 for completing the physician part of EDD. $10 extra every time you need update.
Scheduling staff is poorly trained. I've called them 3 times today and get a different answer each time. The second time I called , I was told to get the authorization number from my primary doctor office as they couldn't find it in their "system". I called my primary doctor , got the auth # and confirmed it was approved. I then called back to to Dr Bui's group scheduling number and was yet again denied setting up an appointment. That girl hen said it has to be in their"system" and that I could not provide them with an authorization number . Apparently not all of their reps are trained equally on their policies . Thanks OC Urologists, I'll wait in pain with my baseball sized renal cyst until your "system" has my authorization number. I can't even schedule an appt as a cash patient. Completely ridiculous!!
My husband is super picky about his experiences with medical professionals. Dr. Bui received high praise, so I'm a happy customer.
