They’re really slow at handling patients.

Honestly I never write reviews but I thought I’d share the terrible experience my grandmother experience with this “doctor” so that no one else suffers the same experience. My grandmother has been having health issues with her legs and jaw and would get fevers. She would try to go to her multiple times, try to make an appointment and once she made an appointment would go early and yet we waited 2 hours only for the doctor to say sorry she’s busy and to make another appointment or give her a call. We would call her as my grandma suffers going to and from the emergency room and urgent care and this doctor never answers. It’s been a 2 month long process but we are changing my grandmother’s primary care from Dr. Loa to hopefully a more better and caring doctor who doesn’t lead a grandmother in a wild goose chase. This idiots who work here are very stupid.They really don't care about patient care.They are more concerned about gossiping than the patient itself.These fools need to be trained so they know their jobs.How on earth they call themselves health professionals.This is including the doctor too.All they really care is about making money as much as possible.THIS DOCTORS OFFICE NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED BY THE STATE HEALTH DEPARTMENT.

First time I was here, I waited almost two hours to be seen being the only patient in the waiting area. All I could hear was the office staff gossiping. But okay, it was my  first time there, I didn't make much of it.  Second time, same thing, only this time it would take the office staff 3 weeks, yes, 3 WEEKS to fax over a referral. It took several phone calls from me and I finally lost it after I called one Monday to ask if it had been done yet only to have this lady ask me to hold for one second so she could check the status, waited 20 mins on hold andddd she hung up on me. After multiple calls, she finally answered just to tell me it was done but it was sent to the wrong place lol never again will I come back here.

I have been seeing Dr Loa for several years. A neighbor recommended her.Dr Loa takes her time and really cares about you. She is very thorough when examining her patients. I have sent several of my friends and also my husband to her. She is now their primary doctor. I highly recommend Dr Loa!

from the pieces of shit working behind the front desk, to the piece of shit fucken Dr.  She cant even remember what the fuck she does, she needs to stop  trying to practice medicine . She was my mom's dr, during that time my mom had 5 strokes and 1 seizure . She didn't once do shit for her . My mom ended up paralyzed  , non verbal and non ambulatory  while in her care . My mom could not sit in a chair,  yet she demanded to see her or she would not authorize my mom's prescription renewals  . So I took her to see her . this bitch ass dr actually was,oh she doesn't  see anymore,  oh she doesn't look good , how has she been  . Actually trying to ask my mom questions as if she could fucken answer! Afterwards,  she said  it must be hard moving her like this . I was like yeah bitch, I fucken told you . But she straight out said if she didn't come in she wouldn't  renew her meds .  And then said I don't want you guys coming back till next year  , meaning this year . She said , let's make a appointment for 9 months from now . Which would  be this March  . My mom passed away  12 days ago  . And this fucken cunt won't sign the death certificate  according to the mortuary  . They were told she refused to sign , and refuses to sign  because she hasn't seen my mom in 6 months  ! Are you fucken kidding me  !!!! So my mom has been  lying  in a body bag at the mortuary since she died .  Dr Loa  doesn't remember half the shit she says or does . And her piece of shit employees  are just as useless  .

Dr Loe is one of the Most disappointing positions that I have had to care for me. She has never physically examine me to see what is happening to my body I am very sick. And this doctor has not shown that she is interested in finding out what is happening to me. Her office staff is horrible. They do not answer the phone and when they do answer the phone they will put you on hold and you stay on hold. They do not take the correct information and relayed it to her. They say they will call you back they never called back. They are not interested in a good patient care. It’s a nightmare. When you are sick And cannot get the help you need. I feel as a patient I am not getting good patient care
