I have been seeing Dr Loa for several years. A neighbor recommended her.Dr Loa takes her time and really cares about you. She is very thorough when examining her patients. I have sent several of my friends and also my husband to her. She is now their primary doctor. I highly recommend Dr Loa!

I need to shared this, I did go to try since we moved to Pomona area. First impression not so good with the front desk Assistant. But still I want to see the doctor, Good thing I waited and not make sudden decision to leave. Doctor Loa very very calm, nice and so passion. She will listens to your concerns and takes her time to explain and to help you. Not like some doctors who won't listen or rush you until you feel uncomfortable. I am very happy with Doctor Hedy Loa on top of it I saw improvement from the from staffs also (not so mean or rude, a little bit more friendly) I will recommend Dr. Loa and you can see how her service or how the way she helps her patients. Thank you Dr. Loa  , please keep improve and get better with all the staffs at the office. Thumbs up for Dr. Loa, another impressive I got from her. I was in so much pain from Car accident and hoping able to see my family doctor. The front office said no available time/no appointment date available until a month later, I was so sad and disappointed because how do I able to wait for that long if for emergency or not only regular check up. I left message for Dr.Loa with her staff, Dr.Loa did let the staff gets back to me and ask me to come in/long stories short Dr.Loa she makes it happen for me. So I could get check since I got injured from accident... Big thank to Dr. Loa
