Gigi Kroll's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Kroll embodies everything you could possibly want in an OB. She is smart, knowledgeable, an expert in her field, and has the kindest bedside manner you could ask for. She always greets you with open arms and takes the time to listen to your concerns and addresses them fully. She ensures you leave each appointment at ease.When it came time to deliver, my baby was breech which required a c-section. It was a difficult delivery due to some complications but Dr. Kroll handled it without hesitation knowing exactly what to do to ensure the health of both myself and my baby. She truly loves her practice and its apparent how much she cares about the wellbeing of each of her patients and their babies. So thankful for you, Dr. Kroll.

Dr. Kroll is an amazing doctor. I can't say enough about her and her staff. They are all so kind and personable. They truly make you feel comfortable and well taken care of. Dr. Kroll has guided me through my two pregnancies. One of which she nursed me back to health. I can't thank her enough for everything she has done for me and my children throughout these years.

I was referred to Dr. Kroll by my PCP when my husband and I decided to start our family. She was my doctor for both my pregnancies. I can't say enough fantastic things about her and her staff! From Day 1 everyone has been so professional, courteous and informative. Dr. Kroll's bedside manner is out of this world! I'm well aware she probably has hundreds of patients, but when she was with me it felt as though I was her only patient. NP Aileen is also so sweet, so professional and saw me many times during both pregnancies. The front desk ladies are also fantastic. This is an excellent team who ALL worked together to bring both my babies into this world. They all genuinely take their patients' and babies' well-being to heart. For the duration of 2 pregnancies, I only had 1 scheduling hiccup happen and when it did the staff was very apologetic, accommodating AND the office manager called to follow up with me. The service they provide is just not what you see in most medical offices these days. I would highly recommend Dr. Kroll and her staff to anyone looking for an OBGYN!

Of all the doctors I’ve ever had, Doctor Kroll is number 1! You would be hard-pressed to find someone as genuinely caring and helpful as she is. She introduced the Mona Lisa to me and it has been a life changer! Feeling like a young woman again… :-)

I can not express how thankful I am for Dr Kroll and her amazing staff. The entire staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. I had an amazing experience at Newport Center Women’s Health with Dr. Kroll. She has such a genuine bedside manner and truly cares about her patients.

Dr. Kroll is truly one of a kind doctor. She greets you with a warm smile and makes you feel comfortable immediately. Dr. Kroll has is loved by so many, but when you are with her, she makes you feel like you matter most, and you are her top priority. She is genuine and so comforting every step of the way. During labor, she makes you feel powerful and strong. I will never forget the way she looked me in the eyes and cheered me on. Her expertise, advocacy and demeanor shine so bright. Dr. Kroll offers the perfect balance of medical knowledge and patient care. Of course you want a doctor who is knowledgeable in their field which she is, but its also amazing to have someone that truly cares about her patients. She offers the perfect combination of the two and all of us who are patients of Dr. Kroll are truly lucky. Dr. Kroll is truly remarkable and I only wish I found her sooner.

I have been seeing Dr. Kroll for years now...since well before I tried to get pregnant, during my infertility struggles (was eventually referred to a wonderful fertility doctor), and now after two successful pregnancies and the respective deliveries of my baby girls. She is truly the best- so kind, caring, smart, nonjudgmental, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable. She also has an excellent reputation in the community and to know her is to love her. As with all OBGYNs, she often gets called into deliveries has to deal with emergencies, but she has the most competent, lovely staff. They are so professional and responsive and even when Dr. Kroll herself can’t see me, I feel I am getting the best care. I have referred Dr. Kroll to dozens of people and everyone says the same thing, “She is amazing!!!!” Also they just remodeled their office in Newport and it’s beautiful. I truly can’t say enough good things about this practice. They have become like family to me.

She has helped with pregnancy and delivered three of our four kids.  The best!

My wife and I had a C section and this was our first baby.  Dr. Kroll was extremely nice and profesh from start to finish.  She delivered our boy in way as to make us all feel like no big deal ...your good to go and your baby is normal.  We did have to wait for about 45 min one day at her office but I think her consulation times have to be a little flexible.  Really my decision on the dr. what what ever my wife wanted but it seemed like a sure thing with GiGi. There was no consideration of switching DRs and I my wife has not had any compliants about her and we are 12 weeks out.
