Gigi Kroll's Online Review Report Card

I've been going to Dr. Kroll for about 8 years now and she is AMAZING! She has all of the qualities you want in a physician, kind, supportive, experienced and incredibly knowledgeable. I always leave the office visit feeling good and well taken care of. Her staff is wonderful and the office is always in impeccable condition. I highly recommend her and her whole team!

I cannot recommend Dr. Gigi Kroll enough for any pregnant or soon-to-be pregnant woman! She is by far the greatest OBGYN I have ever visited. She is sweet, caring, and truly makes your pregnancy journey feel comfortable and in the best of hands! I really hope to have my next pregnancies (and babies delivered) under the care of Dr. Kroll! She is the best and I feel so lucky to have had her as my OBGYN for my fist pregnancy and have her deliver my first baby.

They sent an email saying this their policy:  "Patients and partners who are fully vaccinated for Covid-19 (2 weeks following their second Moderna or Pfizer shot or 2 weeks after a single Johnson & Johnson shot) DO NOT need to wear a mask when visiting our office.All staff that have been fully vaccinated DO NOT need to wear a mask when working in the office.All patients or visitors that are NOT fully vaccinated should continue to wear a mask throughout their entire office visit for their safety and the safety of other non-vaccinated individuals."They said this is based on CDC recommendations.  Now, I am not a doctor, but the new CDC recommendations clearly state that they are not applicable to healthcare facilities.  Makes me question their judgment.

Dr. Kroll is truly a one of a kind physician. Not only is she widely respected in her field, she is an incredible human being. I don’t know what outcome I would have had during my 2nd pregnancy if she was not there to guide me every step of the way. I had a very textbook 1st pregnancy, but my 2nd was far from the same. She was a literal life saver- I don’t think many doctors could have handled such a complicated delivery with such finesse. I am beyond grateful to have been in her hands, and thanks to her I now have two perfect healthy children. I’d wait hours in her waiting room over seeing anyone else.. Highly recommend Dr. Kroll and her team.

Dr Gigi Kroll delivered our baby in December 2020. She did a fantastic job and we were so happy with the results. She was kind and considerate and explained everything very well to us. I highly recommend her services.

Dr. Kroll is amazing in every way! Not only am I a patient of hers, but I'm an employee of hers as well. After working for her the past 3 1/2 years and seeing how she cares for her patients daily I knew I wanted her to care for me during my own pregnancy. She is professional, empathetic, kind and truly cares for her patients. I have watched her laugh with them, cry with them and be there every step of the way for their health and well-being. My pregnancy had some complications, and she always reassured me that everything was fine and took every precaution to make sure that myself and the baby were always taken care. She calmed my nerves and answered all my questions. I already adored her before she was even my doctor but now being on the other side I see why her patients love her so much. She is a wonderful doctor and I can't thank her enough for bringing our baby into the world safe and healthy.

Dr. Kroll is truly one of a kind doctor. She greets you with a warm smile and makes you feel comfortable immediately. Dr. Kroll has is loved by so many, but when you are with her, she makes you feel like you matter most, and you are her top priority. She is genuine and so comforting every step of the way. During labor, she makes you feel powerful and strong. I will never forget the way she looked me in the eyes and cheered me on. Her expertise, advocacy and demeanor shine so bright. Dr. Kroll offers the perfect balance of medical knowledge and patient care. Of course you want a doctor who is knowledgeable in their field which she is, but its also amazing to have someone that truly cares about her patients. She offers the perfect combination of the two and all of us who are patients of Dr. Kroll are truly lucky. Dr. Kroll is truly remarkable and I only wish I found her sooner.

I have been seeing Dr. Kroll for years now...since well before I tried to get pregnant, during my infertility struggles (was eventually referred to a wonderful fertility doctor), and now after two successful pregnancies and the respective deliveries of my baby girls. She is truly the best- so kind, caring, smart, nonjudgmental, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable. She also has an excellent reputation in the community and to know her is to love her. As with all OBGYNs, she often gets called into deliveries has to deal with emergencies, but she has the most competent, lovely staff. They are so professional and responsive and even when Dr. Kroll herself can’t see me, I feel I am getting the best care. I have referred Dr. Kroll to dozens of people and everyone says the same thing, “She is amazing!!!!” Also they just remodeled their office in Newport and it’s beautiful. I truly can’t say enough good things about this practice. They have become like family to me.

I've been a patient of Dr. Gigi Kroll's for one year now and strongly recommend her! This was my first pregnancy and, being a new mom with so many concerns, I really appreciated Dr. Kroll's patience, warm spirit, and diligence in answering all my questions throughout the past year. Her expertise came in handy at the time of my baby's birth. Baby's heart rate dropped mid-labor and we had minutes to react. Dr. Kroll was there to save the day. We did an emergency c-section and baby came out just minutes later, healthy and perfect. I healed very quickly too! I'm so glad we went with Dr. Kroll as our OBGYN. As scary as the situation was, she made us feel extremely comfortable and confident that we were going to be okay. Every visit with Dr. Kroll, Eileen and staff was positive and informative. They took the time to get to know my husband and I and made us feel welcome and cared for. Very professional, warm-natured and expertly trained, I'm proud to have Dr. Kroll and Newport Center Womens Health as my OBGYN.
