Gigi Kroll

I've been going to Dr. Kroll for about 8 years now and she is AMAZING! She has all of the qualities you want in a physician, kind, supportive, experienced and incredibly knowledgeable. I always leave the office visit feeling good and well taken care of. Her staff is wonderful and the office is always in impeccable condition. I highly recommend her and her whole team!

I cannot recommend Dr. Gigi Kroll enough for any pregnant or soon-to-be pregnant woman! She is by far the greatest OBGYN I have ever visited. She is sweet, caring, and truly makes your pregnancy journey feel comfortable and in the best of hands! I really hope to have my next pregnancies (and babies delivered) under the care of Dr. Kroll! She is the best and I feel so lucky to have had her as my OBGYN for my fist pregnancy and have her deliver my first baby.

Dr. Kroll is truly a one of a kind physician. Not only is she widely respected in her field, she is an incredible human being. I don’t know what outcome I would have had during my 2nd pregnancy if she was not there to guide me every step of the way. I had a very textbook 1st pregnancy, but my 2nd was far from the same. She was a literal life saver- I don’t think many doctors could have handled such a complicated delivery with such finesse. I am beyond grateful to have been in her hands, and thanks to her I now have two perfect healthy children. I’d wait hours in her waiting room over seeing anyone else.. Highly recommend Dr. Kroll and her team.

Dr Gigi Kroll delivered our baby in December 2020. She did a fantastic job and we were so happy with the results. She was kind and considerate and explained everything very well to us. I highly recommend her services.

Dr. Kroll is truly one of a kind doctor. She greets you with a warm smile and makes you feel comfortable immediately. Dr. Kroll has is loved by so many, but when you are with her, she makes you feel like you matter most, and you are her top priority. She is genuine and so comforting every step of the way. During labor, she makes you feel powerful and strong. I will never forget the way she looked me in the eyes and cheered me on. Her expertise, advocacy and demeanor shine so bright. Dr. Kroll offers the perfect balance of medical knowledge and patient care. Of course you want a doctor who is knowledgeable in their field which she is, but its also amazing to have someone that truly cares about her patients. She offers the perfect combination of the two and all of us who are patients of Dr. Kroll are truly lucky. Dr. Kroll is truly remarkable and I only wish I found her sooner.

Dr. Kroll is amazing in every way! Not only am I a patient of hers, but I'm an employee of hers as well. After working for her the past 3 1/2 years and seeing how she cares for her patients daily I knew I wanted her to care for me during my own pregnancy. She is professional, empathetic, kind and truly cares for her patients. I have watched her laugh with them, cry with them and be there every step of the way for their health and well-being. My pregnancy had some complications, and she always reassured me that everything was fine and took every precaution to make sure that myself and the baby were always taken care. She calmed my nerves and answered all my questions. I already adored her before she was even my doctor but now being on the other side I see why her patients love her so much. She is a wonderful doctor and I can't thank her enough for bringing our baby into the world safe and healthy.

This review is long overdue. I have been coming to Newport Center Women’s Health since moving to Orange County four years ago. For the last four years Dr. Kroll, Dr. Pinkus, and the entire clinic staff have been attentive, professional, responsive, reassuring, and have helped me bring my two greatest miracles into this world. After being diagnosed with breast cancer at a young age requiring chemotherapy, I wasn’t certain I would be able to ever have children. I was recommended to Dr. Kroll by a colleague and am forever thankful. Dr. Kroll and Aileen have not only treated/helped me to have two healthy, normal pregnancies, but they have been there to reassure me along the way and give extra attention/take into consideration my past medical history. I can say without any doubt that Dr. Kroll is dedicated to the health and wellness of each and every one of her patients. She not only spends clinic visits providing medical care and education, but she has excellent bedside manner and has excellent rapport with her patients. I’ve never felt rushed during any of my appointments and am thankful Dr. Kroll and Aileen always help to take interest and answer my questions—whether they be simple or complicated. I’ve experienced Dr. Kroll’s true dedication to patients first hand as she not only came in on her weekend off to deliver my first baby, she even came in on her vacation week to deliver my second child. I wish I could have a picture of my face as it lit up when she walked into the delivery room during the birth of my second child since I didn’t expect anyone to come in from vacation for me. The clinic’s dedication to patients is evident among all staff from the front desk, to the amazing ultrasound tech, to the NPs and both doctors. Any time I’ve needed anything from medical attention to simple reassurance, they’ve always been just a phone call away. The staff have always answered my telephone calls and responded to any messages promptly, and I have no problem scheduling appointments— even sometimes being same-day appointments. I was initially being seen at another local clinic four years ago where I had a very difficult time getting phone calls answered and making appointments. I was recommended to Dr. Kroll by a colleague, and I couldn’t be more thankful. I continue to recommend Dr. Kroll to all my friends and colleagues given my amazing, positive experience. I continue to be thankful and grateful to Dr. Kroll, Dr. Pinkus, Aileen, Jenny and the entire clinic staff for the care they’ve given me and continue to give me!

Dr. Kroll is absolutely amazing in every way. She’s an incredible surgeon and physician, empathetic mother, and very personable. Being a physician, I’m highly critical and picky about who I choose as my doctors, and Dr. Kroll has exceeded my expectations every time.

Dr Gigi Kroll is phenomenal! I have been seeing her for over 20 years and I wouldn’t want to see anyone else. I recently needed emergency surgery. She rapidly determined the cause of my pain and crafted a very much needed treatment plan. She is reassuring, kind, and really cares about her patients. Dr Kroll is always there for you when you need her. She is everything you could want in a physician- expertly skilled, caring, helpful, professional, and dedicated. She is a true gem! I consider myself very fortunate to be her patient!

Dr.Kroll is a very passionate, caring and detail oriented physician. Rarely found in these days.
