Dr Gigi Kroll delivered our baby in December 2020. She did a fantastic job and we were so happy with the results. She was kind and considerate and explained everything very well to us. I highly recommend her services.

Dr. Kroll is amazing in every way! Not only am I a patient of hers, but I'm an employee of hers as well. After working for her the past 3 1/2 years and seeing how she cares for her patients daily I knew I wanted her to care for me during my own pregnancy. She is professional, empathetic, kind and truly cares for her patients. I have watched her laugh with them, cry with them and be there every step of the way for their health and well-being. My pregnancy had some complications, and she always reassured me that everything was fine and took every precaution to make sure that myself and the baby were always taken care. She calmed my nerves and answered all my questions. I already adored her before she was even my doctor but now being on the other side I see why her patients love her so much. She is a wonderful doctor and I can't thank her enough for bringing our baby into the world safe and healthy.

Dr. Kroll is truly one of a kind doctor. She greets you with a warm smile and makes you feel comfortable immediately. Dr. Kroll has is loved by so many, but when you are with her, she makes you feel like you matter most, and you are her top priority. She is genuine and so comforting every step of the way. During labor, she makes you feel powerful and strong. I will never forget the way she looked me in the eyes and cheered me on. Her expertise, advocacy and demeanor shine so bright. Dr. Kroll offers the perfect balance of medical knowledge and patient care. Of course you want a doctor who is knowledgeable in their field which she is, but its also amazing to have someone that truly cares about her patients. She offers the perfect combination of the two and all of us who are patients of Dr. Kroll are truly lucky. Dr. Kroll is truly remarkable and I only wish I found her sooner.

I have been seeing Dr. Kroll for years now...since well before I tried to get pregnant, during my infertility struggles (was eventually referred to a wonderful fertility doctor), and now after two successful pregnancies and the respective deliveries of my baby girls. She is truly the best- so kind, caring, smart, nonjudgmental, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable. She also has an excellent reputation in the community and to know her is to love her. As with all OBGYNs, she often gets called into deliveries has to deal with emergencies, but she has the most competent, lovely staff. They are so professional and responsive and even when Dr. Kroll herself can’t see me, I feel I am getting the best care. I have referred Dr. Kroll to dozens of people and everyone says the same thing, “She is amazing!!!!” Also they just remodeled their office in Newport and it’s beautiful. I truly can’t say enough good things about this practice. They have become like family to me.

I've been a patient of Dr. Gigi Kroll's for one year now and strongly recommend her! This was my first pregnancy and, being a new mom with so many concerns, I really appreciated Dr. Kroll's patience, warm spirit, and diligence in answering all my questions throughout the past year. Her expertise came in handy at the time of my baby's birth. Baby's heart rate dropped mid-labor and we had minutes to react. Dr. Kroll was there to save the day. We did an emergency c-section and baby came out just minutes later, healthy and perfect. I healed very quickly too! I'm so glad we went with Dr. Kroll as our OBGYN. As scary as the situation was, she made us feel extremely comfortable and confident that we were going to be okay. Every visit with Dr. Kroll, Eileen and staff was positive and informative. They took the time to get to know my husband and I and made us feel welcome and cared for. Very professional, warm-natured and expertly trained, I'm proud to have Dr. Kroll and Newport Center Womens Health as my OBGYN.

Dr. Gigi Kroll has been my gynecologist for over 20 years. When I discovered a lump in my breast, she sent me immediately to get a mammogram and ultrasound, set me up with the best surgeon and oncologist, and has been my guardian angel ever since.Now, as a 3x cancer survivor, I'm navigating my way through the post-menopausal misery of cancer survivors who can't take estrogen to alleviate their symptoms, which, frankly, can truly affect one's quality of life -- including relationships. Dr. Kroll recommended the Mona Lisa procedure and gave me literature to read. She answered all of my questions patiently and openly. There were three sessions, and Dr. Kroll even performed the procedure in the last session herself. I felt valued and supported. Most importantly, I felt relief from several of my symptoms even after the first session. Today, a month after my last session, I feel able to participate in all aspects of my life more fully than I have in years.Gigi Kroll is an amazing doctor who will be right there with you for happy times and scary ones. She has a wonderful PA and caring nurses as well. I also highly recommend the Mona Lisa procedure for any women experiencing menopausal and post-menopausal symptoms -- but especially for women who have had breast cancer or can't/don't want to take estrogen treatments.

The office is beautiful, calm, and relaxing. I am always greeted with a big smile which calms any nerves I have in going to a doctor’s office. The amazing nurses and doctors are so accommodating and kind. I am so grateful to Dr. Kroll and all of the nurses for their help and words of wisdom each time I come in. Never a bad experience, even when I am scared or uneasy about something they have made me feel comfortable and taken care of, and always have a solution! Thank you Dr. Kroll!!
