Despite giving my insurance information when booking the appointment, they never told me it was going to be a $500 out of pocket expense for a 10 minute skin check (was supposed to be a 30-45 min visit with Dr. Kristen Chen, but she rushed it). I have never had a clinic not let you know of such a large out of pocket expense when you give your insurance, and this was for in network. Avoid!

Today was my first visit with Dr. Kristen Chen, and I was very impressed. She was kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt well cared for and confident in her recommendations. I'll definitely be asking for her by name in the future.

We were in today for first time for annual skin cancer check. We saw Dr. Kristen Chen. I will say the entire office staff as well as Dr. Chen were pleasant, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She will be my health care provider forever.

Essentially these are better Doctors then most, yet there has to be away to get past a complex situation and events: They will help you here but time is not granted for you to uncover the issues In my case, it is political problem with other Doctors - which puts these Doctors in a bind ( like all professionals) they will form a wagon wheel around their fellow man or woman= CLOSE RANKS! I do understand there base human drives , Protective Rackets There is a problem in medical USA - you got 7 minutes to spit out what it is - even if 3 years have gone by to get to them. There is tendency to not won't to know( Medical Jargon is like this: "I am treating you from this point forward") In American Street language this means this: ( That Memory Dies right Here) But the memory does not die These are nice people: but they are human no PHD stops the Human Part for the better or worse- though many my argue YOU Can have a hang-over from other things then Booze I got one from dealing with the US Medical System better at this moment ---but I know they always have a club, a knife or bullet for you 8 times out of 10 just read the data ( personally I have been curved up) Do study what medical is now, why it is the way it is.
