Telephone service is fast

I have recently had to bring my cousin there on many occasions and have found them to be very good.The negative reviews are 3, 5, and 6 years old. I don't know what it was like then, but now I would have to give this place all 5 stars. I have worked in the medical field for over 30 years and I would place these people right up with the best, from the receptionists to the doctors and all those in between. Outstanding. The only thing I would say is that the phone procedures need to be revised. Way too much time on hold.

my doctor is wonderful her name is dr, fogel and i love her she is very through and she doesnt rush you and ask you the necessary questions and answers you in a language you understand.  please everyone ask for her she is a wonderful spirit also.

Lifelong Medical Clinic in East Oakland is wonderful.  They are a truly dedicated team of professionals, with an unusual twist- they seem to really care.  Dr. Robinson, and Social Worker Brigitte Peltekof have been unparralled in their timely asssistance with my father, in helping him to continuue his independant living.  THANK - YOU!!!

I've had good experiences and bad experiences. My Dr. Is Serena wu at times she can be very caring, then they're times when I feel like she just doesn't care about how you feel. I fractured my neck and spine, now I have pins and screws in my neck and spine, during the winter time the pain is very unbearable . I tell her that every winter, but she doesn't care. A family member got his tooth removed and stole four of my pills and I didn't notice until I tried to get a refill. I asked if she could over ride it, and it's only by two days, but she said no... Now I have to suffer in pain and the sick withdraw feeling. I choose this place because it's close to my house, but it's ok my medical insurance will be kicking in soon from my job, so Kaiser here I come!!

The quality of doctors has improved however, with every little Improvement they always take two steps back. That offense of television program that they are 24/7 needs to stop. I understand why they want to take the TV out in the first place but to replace it with racist junk is appalling inoffensive. They are in a black neighborhood nobody wants to hear about Taylor Swift and how great she is. We also don't want to hear about the Rock's daughter, we also don't want to hear about how black people are going to die sooner than white people. It's offencive go back to playing Martin Lawrence movies black people like that.

I'm sick of serina Wu constantly making mistakes on my prescription refills every month it's a problem
