Best outpatient program yey
I am officially now an alumni of Twin Town. I am so grateful for the experience and help that this facility has given me. Kayt and the rest of the staff are all awesome, professional and make everything much more personal.
Of all the treatment centers and rehabs I've been to this has been a different and amazing experience. Mark from the Orange location is an amazing councelor. Thank you for truly caring, understanding, and teaching me more about this ugly disease. I look forward to the next few months and I don't think I've ever said that about any other treatment center. I feel blessed.
I am a patient at twin town in orange and i am in the adolescent group. My experience so far has been very great i feel like I've learned a lot about my disease and our counselor Trish is very good at making us feel comfortable in group. I really enjoy going and i feel as if i can talk about anything with the people in our group.
This is by far the best treatment service iveI ever experienced in all of the years I've been in and out of treatment they actually do care about the people coming in for services. Thank you so much...
Amazing experience. The counselors walked with me. Really provided all sorts of ways to deal with life instead of going back to drinking. Done with the stuff for good. Life gets worse with it. Full recommendation from me.

Twin town saved my life. I went in there totally hopeless and did not think anyone or place could help me. All the counselors there truly cared about me and were genuine. They listened to me and I could tell they understood where I came from. The tools I learned were life changing . I have stayed sober and ever grateful to Twin Town.
If you're reading this you most likely fall into one of three categories. You are the friend of a person who needs help. You're the family member of a loved one who needs help. You are the addict or alcoholic who thinks or knows they need help.I admitted myself to Twin Town in June of 2015 and just finished their out patient program. This took a little longer as I "went out" after eight weeks but returned back thank god. My first impression when I got there was Twin town will now fix me and my and alcohol problem. It's not about that. They will give you all the tools, support and encouragement but it's up to you to use what they teach. Get a sponsor, read (and learn the big book) attend meetings and get involved with the fellowship. The facility and staff are all top notch. I worked closely with Larry O. and Mark R. These two compliment each other very well. Their knowledge and experience of substance abuse treatment is very deep and well rounded. I have met some extraordinary people at this facility that I continue to stay in touch to this day. My life is much better today than ten months ago because of Twin Town. I'm sober. I still have my family, friends and job. I have a closer than ever connection with my higher power. You are in a fight to save your life against this vicious disease. Fight. Mark E.
Do not try to come here if you want honest, caring and organized professionals giving you treatment. Called to book an appointment on June 14th for the outpatient program and was booked for July 5th, that was their soonest available appointment. We showed up early and ready for the appointment excited to begin recovery only to be told that our appointment was basically cancelled because we did not call to confirm. The receptionist on the phone who booked the appointment NEVER made any mention of calling to confirm ahead of time for the appointment, we also received a letter confirming that we called on the 14th of June to set up on appointment and again this letter made NO mention of calling to confirm. After discussing this with one of the women working in the office she made no attempt to apologize or own up to their misdoing and made no attempt to rectify the situation. Basically told us that they were booked up until July 27th and there was nothing they can do to accommodate us and to try AA in the meantime. 1) I work in an industry where I book clients for appointments and never require them to call ahead for confirmation. In fact my work sends texts and emails to confirm with the client. Their “protocol” is unrealistic and bizarre for caring for individuals with addiction. I will also note that it is stated that everyone is required to wear a mask regardless if you’re vaccinated however NONE of the women in the office were wearing masks and when I was approached in the waiting room wearing my mask, one of the unmasked women mockingly put her coat up over her mouth and chuckled before asking why I was there. Very unprofessional and not empathic at all I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
