Do not try to come here if you want honest, caring and organized professionals giving you treatment. Called to book an appointment on June 14th for the outpatient program and was booked for July 5th, that was their soonest available appointment. We showed up early and ready for the appointment excited to begin recovery only to be told that our appointment was basically cancelled because we did not call to confirm. The receptionist on the phone who booked the appointment NEVER made any mention of calling to confirm ahead of time for the appointment, we also received a letter confirming that we called on the 14th of June to set up on appointment and again this letter made NO mention of calling to confirm. After discussing this with one of the women working in the office she made no attempt to apologize or own up to their misdoing and made no attempt to rectify the situation. Basically told us that they were booked up until July 27th and there was nothing they can do to accommodate us and to try AA in the meantime. 1) I work in an industry where I book clients for appointments and never require them to call ahead for confirmation. In fact my work sends texts and emails to confirm with the client. Their “protocol” is unrealistic and bizarre for caring for individuals with addiction. I will also note that it is stated that everyone is required to wear a mask regardless if you’re vaccinated however NONE of the women in the office were wearing masks and when I was approached in the waiting room wearing my mask, one of the unmasked women mockingly put her coat up over her mouth and chuckled before asking why I was there. Very unprofessional and not empathic at all I would not recommend this facility to anyone.
