The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Coming in to the building it was clean which is a good first impression. I went there to get some blood work done and Kimberly was excellent, I didn’t even feel the needle. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. I noticed other staff members interacting with others and everyone was courteous while assisting people or answering questions. If you have a choice, I would recommend Concentra for your care
