No issues, if you have E-passport which is like a prepaid appointment you’ll wait less than 20 minutes on average

DR.WAKWAYA!!! I wish this doctor had his own practice so I could see him as my primary care. The whole entire staff at this location is incredible, however he is AMAZING.Nisa is his medical assistant, she was calling my name to come back within 20 minutes, 10 minutes later my vitals were done and I was waiting on the doctor. She is also the one who made sure my CA-16 was sent to all the right people at the end of my appointment. She took a huge weight off my shoulders helping me with the paperwork end of things. Dr.Wakwaya saw me and he was able to offer a nonsurgical option to try before we jumped into surgery. That option has ended up working so well for me, I don't think I'll be needing surgery anytime soon. He did not rush his time with me, he was caring and patient and explained everything to me.I was sent here for a work injury. The office is clean the girls at the front get you checked in immediately. They are professional and courteous, the lady at the front was so fast she was asking me if I was ready before I could even get the paperwork filled out 😂. The nurses in the back are equally as fast at getting you checked in the back.They are knowledgeable and friendly.I just want to just say thank you to this whole office you all were delightful to work with! And again so grateful to have Dr.Wakwaya as my doctor. My visits here felt like I was at my family care doctor and not an urgent care known for its expertise in on the job injuries. ❤️❤️ I did not have a problem with wait times whatsoever at any of my appointments. What I will say is that Dr.Wakwaya and Nisa and the rest of the staff are taking care of their patients in the back, spending the time that is needed by each individual. So if you do run into wait times just know they will be giving you the attention that you need without rushing you, when you do get in the back. They do not rush you like I expected an urgent care visit to be.

I was not able to pee in the cup so I left. This resulted in a refusal. I definitely would recommend this place.
