Facey Medical Foundation's Online Review Report Card

The doctors there don’t seem to be concerned for there patients. It reminds me of a walk in clinic. I have multiple medical issues and they are not proactive in getting me well. Dr Levy and Dr Michellenne Saegh we’re not interested in my well being. Dr levy saw me she is a Urologist I went to her for help and she was no help and removed me from Facey urology. She sent me to a urologist outside of facey and he found the problem. Which is serious and I’m getting treated for it. I saw Dr Saegh after being in an accident and she she couldn’t help me because she said she didn’t have my past records. I went home and called medical records and they were there. I’ve left multiple messages on her portal and she won’t respond. I think if Doctors aren’t concerned for peoples well being they should look into a different profession. Go elsewhere.

They send you bill for 400$ For doctor visit and after 4 years I requested the invoice to send it to the lawyer for gas leak and they sent it for 20$ as it was supposed to be . And again today I made my annual exam appointment in December they were in the net work . I went to my appointment in 3/8/2021 , paid 20$ copay and now they send me a bill for 451 $ and claimed 2 visits in the same day . When I called the insurance for explanation they said they went out of net work in January. Corruption no notification, no letters , no change in the insurance card . I will leave Facey forever never again

Visited Dr.Levy's office to confirm a probable prostate cancer diagnosis. Everyone there were professional and friendly. Dr. Levy kept me informed the whole time.

Facey staff is usually kind and courteous but there is a receptionist named Myra who is very rude and unprofessional. I called to schedule a same day appointment and she was curt, constantly cut me off mid sentence and had no idea of how to communicate in a professional manner. She has a horrible attitude and needs to be trained on how to appropriately deal with the public and with patients. Facey should be ashamed of her behavior and the poor way she represents their company. I never want to speak with her again she is a nightmare.

I just have to recognize Dr Akbary and her assistant Nancy in Dermatology for such a great service they gave to me. They were caring, thorough, informative, and all around just gave exceptional bedside manner. They helped me feel at ease and I completely appreciate their care. Thank you.

Facey Medical Group - Porter Ranch Plaza is my first choice for my child's care because I trust them. Their Peds doctors are fantastic, because their assessments are thorough and they don't waste time. Additionally, their front office do their best to get you an appointment that works with your schedule. I have had a very positive experience and thank everyone that works in this office for their service.

Dr. Kwon, Dr. Landers and Dr. Chien have been great, easy to talk to, thorough and caring.The pediatric receptionist is abrasive and rude, almost always unpleasant, not as helpful as almost all other receptionists and nurses I have met there.

This place has bed bugs. For sure they have them because I have them and I've been All over that place. Im sure I got them from facey.

I was a patient for about 15 years with Facey Medical Group. I tried to schedule my annual physical and they told me they no longer accept my employers insurance. So I am forced to go elsewhere. But even before that I was growing increasingly frustrated because of extremely long wait times. I asked my physician how to avoid the long wait and he said to schedule as early or as late in the day as possible because he is triple scheduled most of the day and he doesn't get to eat lunch sometimes.

Had an appointment and I was running a few minutes late so I had called to reschedule and the person on the phone (cindy) said we could only do today at 3 or not for another month and because off work i cant do today. She was rude and someone with shoulder pain doesn't want to wait 6 weeks to come in for an xray.
