Visited Dr.Levy's office to confirm a probable prostate cancer diagnosis. Everyone there were professional and friendly. Dr. Levy kept me informed the whole time.

I just have to recognize Dr Akbary and her assistant Nancy in Dermatology for such a great service they gave to me. They were caring, thorough, informative, and all around just gave exceptional bedside manner. They helped me feel at ease and I completely appreciate their care. Thank you.

Facey Medical Group - Porter Ranch Plaza is my first choice for my child's care because I trust them. Their Peds doctors are fantastic, because their assessments are thorough and they don't waste time. Additionally, their front office do their best to get you an appointment that works with your schedule. I have had a very positive experience and thank everyone that works in this office for their service.

Dr. Kwan is an amazing doctor. Kind and Gentle. She never rushes the appointment, and she is 100% on diagnosis and treatments for your illnesses. The facility is like a 5 stars hotel and staffs are nice. If you have to wait a little bit to see your doctor, it's all worth it.

Dr. Kwon, Dr. Landers and Dr. Chien have been great, easy to talk to, thorough and caring.The pediatric receptionist is abrasive and rude, almost always unpleasant, not as helpful as almost all other receptionists and nurses I have met there.

I am disappointed to see the low stars here. It's a solid place and I've had excellent treatment the ~20 times I've been here. I've only had one negative story where Dr. Landers was running behind and I had to wait an hour. However, this is because he takes great individual care of patients and takes his time to explain and properly treat. I came here as a child, as an adult, and for orthopedics, and appreciate the kind and helpful care I receive.

Long wait times like everywhere else, cant complaint but when you have an appointment i dont think it should be, waited past closing time to see my Doc!??!?

I love Dr Kwan.She's caring and understanding. All the people in her office are nice and welcoming.

Went here because they were close and I wanted to get some unusual symptoms checked out - they were able to see me the next morning quickly. I felt well taken care of and the doctor was very helpful.However things went downhill when I went to the basement lab to get some blood drawn. The nurse seemed very rushed. I have donated blood and also had blood drawn before without any issues. Usually nurses comment on how I have great veins and how easy it is to find them. However the nurse there who tried to draw my blood must have never seen an arm before because she tried drawing blood from one arm, and felt it was going too slow. She then proceeded to jab both my arms with needles 4 times unsuccessfully, causing large amounts of bruising on both arms, before finally giving up and relinquishing her post to a much more experienced (and friendly) nurse who proceeded to draw 4 vials of blood on the fifth try without any issue.While I was happy to get my test results back a few days later - I left the facility looking like a drug addict with purple bruising and needle marks on both my elbows.(I am not a drug addict, nor do I have any known illness that would cause excessive bruising such as diabetes)Overall parts of this facility were fairly nice, however the people working in the lab seemed hit or miss as far as their skills. If you go here for blood work and have a nurse who needs to try more than twice I would suggest you ask for a different one.
