I’m one of the patients of Mindful Health Solutions and my experienced to them a thumbs up 👍.and 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ratings .
I know healthcare in the US is a joke, but this place makes it to a new level! None of the people who work here ever even said sorry for the mistakes and problems they caused for me. Within half a year as a new patient, I've got a wrong lab order from PCP, malpractice by phlebotomist, ignored documents, many, many mistakes from the pharmacy, some Rx I cannot pick up for 5 months, and I have to take an expired one from my savings......... I don't wanna deal with long waiting for switching PCP because I have school paperwork that needs to be filled, and now I just confirmed that nobody from that clinic is gonna fill or order anything I need for school. I should switch to a different hospital right after my first appointment. Oh, I forgot to say that the drama queen PCP always reacted like I am dying or if I do something I will die when my condition actually is not qualified for medical treatment. BTW. Even if they don't make any mistake, there is still no communication since you would have a different medical assistant responses to your message each time when you get a response. Sorry about grammar or spelling, I am still shaking and too angry about wasting time with those self identified angels.
I've been going here since my insurance changed, I don't have many other options in the city. Every time I go in, I end up getting billed for "services" I didn't receive. I then a ridiculous amount of time trying to get charges reversed. If you go here, make sure you ask how much everything they're doing, or even asking you, will cost. They're not transparent with their services at best, and possibly fraudulent in what they submit to your insurance company for payment.
I couldn’t believe how fast after contacting them it was for my telehealth consult, getting a prior authorization from my insurance, to starting TMS. I had my first session 7 days after I initially called to get more information about TMS.
The doctors may be good, but the healthcare administrators are terrible. They lack patience, empathy, and are unhelpful to deal with. Unfortunately, they are always the gatekeepers between you and the doctor so they ruin the experience. I would avoid CPMC Davies if you could for this reason.
I have never been treated fairly here. My pain killers are gatekept by nurses, lying there is no doctor to approve your own medication, they won't even give me my own life saving anti-virals that I need to live. I'm literally sitting here trying because I'm in so much pain and this was supposed to be a life changing moment in my liffe but it's now a living hell. I have a room with broken air system so I've been sweating, my bed is broken so I can't elevate my feet, the nurse never turned off her mic in the chin so I get to listen to eat and it cancels the TV sound, everyone has an attitude, I can't get any of my meds. What the hell did I do???? I didn't even bother then except to ask for a gabapentin or my anti-virals. This has to stop!!
Dr. Filip is the most caring, thorough, warm, wonderful and intelligent psychiatrist I’ve ever known. I look forward to my calls with her every appointment. She not only knows psychiatry but has a wealth of knowledge for just about any medical situation you’re potentially encountering. She coached me through hip replacement surgery, made sure the meds they administered didn’t clash with the meds I’m on for depression. Most do not catch that! I recommend her HIGHLY!
I have been a patient here for a very long time. Back all the way when they were Done. I always felt they were amazing providers that would stand up for their patients but I was horrendous wrong. I went in to put my refill request in yesterday. I was then called an hour later and asked if I was on a specific med, I dont lie. I said yes. I was told due to policy change they can't fill it unless I get off that med. I cannot get off it, its my pain medication. Now, im a logical human being, I understand policy change and im very involved in the medical community. Law community too. When we have a policy change thats going to affect patient, we tell them IMMEDIATELY, in email, with the policy change. If that policy change puts that patient in a bad situation, we give one more refill to get them through. This is the medical standard. Not what they are doing. I tried explaining this. I begged them to do the right thing by me and every other patient affected. They have now refused. They have not send back my money for the month either. So, they want to tell me refill day there's a problem, do nothing to work it out whatsoever and then want to keep my money on top of it! Wild. Talk about ethically and now morally wrong? Unfortunately, im im the middle of writing a book. Its about how severe chronic child abuse causes brain damage and how that brain damage causes a lifelong situation of problems physically and mentally. How most of these patients are then treated like drug addicts. Innocent patients, with Real health problems. See, we have a serious problem in America today. Providers are so afraid of the FDA and DEA that they cower in a corner instead of doing what is right and standing up for their patients. The innocent continue to pay. When the government decided we had an opiod epidemic there was approx 6,500 deaths that year. Many many years later the rate in 2023 was approx 178k. NOW, we have a true epidemic. Who has paid? The innocent. It was never legitimate pain patients that were dying from opiods. It was doctors that made a ton of money writing them to people that didnt medically need them. They make up the prescription opiod deaths. Not true pain patients. Yet we are the only ones that have continued to pay. We see how thats worked. We went from 6,500 to over 175k easy, in 2023. That number has only risen. Yet here we are. Once again, im paying. I unlike many other patients that take it and lay down with no fight will continue fighting for the innocent for the rest of my life. I tried the other way for 10 years. It got me nowhere. Once I stared really barking, now im on multiple government boards and writing a book. I have a section naming every decent establishment that cares about ALL their patients and a list that discriminates against patients. Mindful was on the positive list. They have been moved. Especially, after I tried working with them in a logical and fair way. Now they refuse, took my money and I cant even get into my account. If you are on any pain medication or suboxone which lol they want to pretend is ONLY written for heroin adduction. I cant. I really cant. Suboxone has been pushed down the throats of thousands and thousands of pain patients. Its written off label for pain every day for a long time. Expect to be kicked off and treated like a criminal. They still have not emailed me this updated policy either. Im questioning if it even exists now. I was put to a new provider and this happened immediately. They got paid though. If you are part of the pain community, or you have a loved one part of it. Find a new provider. They are discriminating against us.
Nothing but good things to say about this group! They feel like family!
So I was admitted to this hospital because I had a really bad infection in my hand. The housekeeping people are not the best. There was a paper towel that I dropped on the floor in the bathroom. That was there for three days. The cleaning crew came in every day and they never picked it up. They did the trash and wipe things down, but left that paper towel there right in eyes view. Now the nurse's assistant we're amazing. There was a young lady from the Philippines who made sure I had clean bed linen and a clean gown every day. Now the first few days this didn't happen. I literally sat in sheets that were soiled. I was suppose suppo to go to a nursing home for 2 to 6 weeks after my stay in the hospital. The greatest thing was, they had a young man by the name of John come in for some music therapy. He has many instruments and enjoys, bringing music to people. He played a soft melody on the guitar when I first met him. I started feeling better. He came a second time. I told him guess what I get to go home today. He played somewhere over the rainbow for me and it was beautiful. Music warms the heart, the soul and your health. Thank you so much for bringing music into the hospital. It's so important.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
