I had an excellent experience receiving Botox injections this past weekend. Nurse Cindy was incredibly professional throughout the entire process. As someone who gets a bit nervous about injections, I really appreciated how she took the time to explain each step and made me feel completely at ease. What impressed me most was Cindy’s honest, no-pressure approach. Unlike other spa locations I’ve visited, she didn’t try to upsell me on additional treatments or services I didn’t need. She focused entirely on providing quality care and ensuring I was comfortable with the procedure. Her professionalism and genuine care for her patients really set this experience apart. I felt confident in her expertise and would definitely return for future treatments. Highly recommend!

I been doing injections for years and this place does not deserve more than 1 star. I came to this place to get my lips done and was upsold with other injections. From the moment I walked in there I felt extremely rushed. The nurse that did my injections was a bit rude, unprofessional and needs to take her attitude down a couple of notches. She did not bother of taking the time of getting to know me and what I wanted done etc. Nothing was marked on my face nor did she bother massaging my lips after the injections. My lips, chin cheeks were bruised for 3 weeks straight. Clearly she is to busy worrying about her instagram followers then paying attention to her patients. I also question the products they were using since she came in with everything already in the syringes. 1 month and 3000 dollars later I do not see that I had anything done. Their products are probably diluted, or G only knows what they injected. Nobody called to check in or follow up. Considering all the people that you have sitting at the front desk doing nothing thats the least they could do follow up with patients. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This place understands that getting needles poked in your face can hurt, and they do so many creative things to mitigate the discomfort, that was something that set them apart from other MedSpas I've been to. Also the staff is SO pleasant and Cindy was my aesthetician and she was super real with me and didn't try to push me into buying more than I had come in wanting to buy. Not to mention the place has a great vibe; it's not the fanciest one I've been to, but it feels more medical than other places. And their prices are super reasonable-- I'll trade the whole "zen" vibes for cheaper product and well qualified staff any day. And again, I am a baby when it comes to pain... they accommodate babies like me! Also, ask for Cindy! If you tell her to, she'll check you if you're getting blind to your own fake look. That is priceless. Legit, some of us need that

Nurse Nia is a wonderful person to help you at Serenity Med Spa. Not only does she do excellent work, (I’m happy every time) she also has a great personality. An enjoyable and informative experience each visit. I fully recommend her.

Fast, efficient, convenient location and clean! Over all I am grateful for the opportunity to meet Nia, she is so friendly, accommodating and amazing at what she does! The receptionist fit me in short notice with Nia so I super appreciate them! Prices are fair and within area norm, in fact they do have great promos! Communication was excellent. I called them because I saw great reviews about Nia-and it turns out - TRUE!!! I found my new derm team! Thank you for your amazing services!

I was able to be quickly scheduled and when I arrived to the beautiful office, I was delighted to see all of my favorite skin care at 30% off!! Nia was so kind and knowledgeable. She quickly and painlessly injected me with the dose we agreed upon. I was in and out in 20 minutes!!! I was able to use my Alle points, and took advantage of the special too!!! I will definitely return.
