This place understands that getting needles poked in your face can hurt, and they do so many creative things to mitigate the discomfort, that was something that set them apart from other MedSpas I've been to. Also the staff is SO pleasant and Cindy was my aesthetician and she was super real with me and didn't try to push me into buying more than I had come in wanting to buy. Not to mention the place has a great vibe; it's not the fanciest one I've been to, but it feels more medical than other places. And their prices are super reasonable-- I'll trade the whole "zen" vibes for cheaper product and well qualified staff any day. And again, I am a baby when it comes to pain... they accommodate babies like me! Also, ask for Cindy! If you tell her to, she'll check you if you're getting blind to your own fake look. That is priceless. Legit, some of us need that

Nurse Nia is a wonderful person to help you at Serenity Med Spa. Not only does she do excellent work, (I’m happy every time) she also has a great personality. An enjoyable and informative experience each visit. I fully recommend her.

Fast, efficient, convenient location and clean! Over all I am grateful for the opportunity to meet Nia, she is so friendly, accommodating and amazing at what she does! The receptionist fit me in short notice with Nia so I super appreciate them! Prices are fair and within area norm, in fact they do have great promos! Communication was excellent. I was able to be quickly scheduled and when I arrived to the beautiful office, I was delighted to see all of my favorite skin care at 30% off!! Nia was so kind and knowledgeable. She quickly and painlessly injected me with the dose we agreed upon. I was in and out in 20 minutes!!! I was able to use my Alle points, and took advantage of the special too!!! I will definitely return.
