I do not recommend this clinic. All of the people are nice, but how they bill is completely unfair. Their policy is that every visit, in-person or telehealth, is billed the same. End of story. I visited in April because I wasn't feeling well and I submitted two samples for testing to see if I had an infection. They asked if I wanted a follow-up telehealth consultation about my results and I said yes. *That was my mistake.* A few days later, I was called saying my results weren't in yet, so we rescheduled to the next day. The next day, I talked to the PA over a telehealth video call for *10MIN* and they explained that one of my samples had been accidentally tossed and the second was negative. They apologized and offered a free repeat, so I went back in and submitted a second sample. I never got any results back from that second sample. No call- nothing in the online portal. A few weeks later, I got a bill for the first visit and paid it. Then I got another identical bill and I was confused. I asked for an itemized bill and received it a few days later. Both bills showed the same billing code for the initial visit and the 10min telehealth call. I asked about this in their portal chat and received the blanket "we bill all visits the same" excuse. When I tried to ask for a billing manager in the chat, I never got a reply. I tried to call and got the Billy AI assistant. Billy eventually transferred me, but then the billing specialists were busy. I didn't have time to sit on hold, so I left a message. I never got called back. I tried to call again this week and finally got to a call center. They said they would escalate the issue and someone would get back to me in 3-5 business days. Progress, right? Nope. I never got a call back. All I got was another chat message restating their policy that all visits are billed the same. Terrible customer service from the billing department. All I want is to resolve this issue and never ever have to deal with this clinic and their billing department again.
My follow-up experience at this clinic had scheduling and communication issues. My appointment was booked for 6:30 PM (the exact same time as my visit the previous week), but the system showed 6:00 PM. After waiting a full hour on a busy night without seeing a doctor, I left with my lab results. While scheduling mismatches happen—which a text message reminder system could easily prevent. Since I never actually saw a provider, I request that management waive any associated charges for this appointment.
There only seem to be interested in billing rather than patient care. Follow-up appointments were scheduled to communicate information that could have easily been shared through MyChart, email, or a phone call, resulting in additional charges. Another unpleasant surprise was receiving a significant bill for lab tests nearly three months later, without having been clearly informed about the cost beforehand. Most importantly, they were unable to diagnose the cause of my throat pain and cough. In the end, I had to wait for the cough to resolve on its own, and over-the-counter medications and home remedies provided more relief than the care I received here. Based on my experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere for medical care.
I had a very disappointing experience here. I brought my father in because he had swelling in his index finger, possibly due to gout. The staff said they needed to draw blood for testing, but they tried three times and still could not do it successfully. Unfortunately, I had a similar experience here in the past as well. It was frustrating and concerning, especially when you are already worried about a family member’s health. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place for care or blood work.
Worst experience possible, I took my mom to this place and they took a wrong ECG reading and made us rush to the ER who after a bunch of tests confirmed it was just indeed an issue with the machine and mis-read report, the payment is again unnecessary waste to this place, will not suggest this place if you want to get correctly diagnosed
Office could not let me know before coming that they don't take my insurance, left office for no reason. Do not recommend
I am extremely dissatisfied with this place. I visited this place for a checkup and some blood work. I was charged $500 for my visit. They scheduled me a second visit just to hand me the result of my blood work which was all fine and even didn’t need any visit and then charged me another $200 for that second visit. I have complained 3 times to them about the second bill, every time I receive a message that within 2 days I will hear back and still no response.
Went there initially for care and they did a small procedure and told me to followup after a few days. They said they sent a prescription to cvs, they didn't. During the follow up, I found out they didn't even note down the fact that they prescribed me something in their own internal notes. Then the doctor (different from the first visit) took one look at what i was complaining about and immediately had to refer me out somewhere else as they dont have the necessary tools to help. Definitely depends on who you get seen by, but I found this somewhat unacceptable and no longer trust this location. 2 stars bc they at least have some good staff
My wife went here to get checked for ear pain today morning. Instead of using warm water, the nurse used very cold water to clean her ears. This induced severe vertigo that made my wife nauseated and incapacitated her for almost an hour that she couldnt get home safely. She sat outside till she could recover. Using warm water for ear cleaning is standard procedure and this was not followed. This shows how ignorant some of the nurses are in this facility.
Absolutely hated the guy at the front desk. Guess he was a nurse. Very rude. Felt like my presence bothered him. Thats how he behaved. He was very uninterested. Didn't like that attitude. Doctor was sweet and friendly. Hence the 2 stars . But trust me you're better off elsewhere. I dont think I got my 225 dollars worth here. There are better places

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
