I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with the Cancer Care Institute. From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt welcomed, supported, and genuinely cared for. At 18 years old I was confused, scared, and most important needed a lot of support. Thankfully the staff are incredibly compassionate and professional—always taking the time to explain every step of the process, answer questions, and provide encouragement during what is undoubtedly a challenging time. Navigating a cancer diagnosis is one of the most difficult journeys anyone can face, but being under the care of Dr. Dowlatshahi and Dr. Do has made all the difference. From day one, both doctors have shown an extraordinary combination of clinical expertise and heartfelt compassion. The office is clean, well-organized, and runs efficiently. Appointments are punctual, and communication is always clear. Dr. Dowlatshahi brings a calm confidence to every appointment, taking the time to explain complex information in a way that’s easy to understand. His genuine care for his patients is evident in every interaction. Dr. Do is equally remarkable—thoughtful, thorough, and incredibly kind. He listens attentively and always makes me feel seen and heard, not just as a patient, but as a whole person. The entire office staff reflects this same level of professionalism and empathy. From the front desk to the nurses, every member of the team goes above and beyond to create a welcoming and supportive environment. I am deeply grateful for the care I’ve received from Dr. Dowlatshahi, Dr. Do, and their wonderful team. They’ve not only provided excellent medical treatment, but also hope, strength, and peace of mind during an incredibly difficult time. I’m incredibly grateful to be under the care of such a dedicated team. Thank you, Cancer Care Institute, for making a difficult journey an easier and memorable one. This place and the doctors Dr ly do and Dr dowlatshahi have been so profesional and kind..I had to have 7 weeks of radiation.. they made it so easy for me because this has been an emotional journey. The staff Jennifer, sandy, Lis, and thuy always have been positive and welcoming whenever I came in. I would recommend this office 100% to anyone going through the same as I that needs a medical oncologist.

My mother was diagnosed with breast cancer, and we brought her to Cancer Care Institute for treatment. From the very first visit, we were met with kindness, professionalism, and top-notch care. The entire team was incredibly supportive, guiding us through every step of the radiation therapy process. The treatment was excellent, and my mother received the best possible care in a comforting environment. We are truly grateful for the expertise and compassion of the doctors and staff. Thank you for making such a difficult journey much easier!

I was diagnosed with a brain tumor. I was having trouble scheduling appointments and getting seen. I called to the clinic and Jenifer answered and put my mind to ease when she told me she would help me. It was such a relief She is very friendly great customer services very smart young lady. Twee the nurse was very caring and understanding and helpful. Bilingual speaking, they speak Vietnamese and Spanish, which I loved. Lisa was always very nice and helpful as well. The doctors LY viet do, Moretza Dowlatshahi, Catherine k very friendly and nice. The technicians very attentive and caring. I was so blessed to be under their care.

They treat all patients with care, compassion and expert skill. Dr. Do is excellent at explaining everything clearly and in making patients feel as at ease as one can feel, with this diagnosis. The rest of the staff are the same. Kind, compassionate and helpful.

Dr. Do and everyone who works here are unique. Dr. Do had been my mom's doctor for almost ten years. They always make you feel welcome when we come here, and we love it so much.

Five years ago I received brain radiation under the outstanding care of Dr. Dowlatshahi and Dr. Do. They (staff included) were empathetic and supportive during my whole experience as a patient.
