My family and I were on vacation and my daughter needed immediate care. We are happy that we chose Cottage Urgent Care. The facility was modern, clean, and high tech. We loved the staff. They were all friendly and very helpful. The nurse on duty was so nice and made my daughter feel very comfortable. We were in and out in 30 minutes.

They are always so fast and so nice which is a rare thing when it comes to any kind of urgent care. I’ve been there multiple times and it’s the only place I’ll continue to go! Love this place

I thought this place was great. They got me in quickly and even had my medication on site. However a few weeks later I got a bill in the mail because apparently they didn't take my insurance. They had called me ahead of my visit to get my insurance info and no one told me this. When I checked in no one told me. I would have gone somewhere else and saved $300 had I known this. I spoke to 4 different people throughout this experience and not a single person mentioned they don't take my insurance.Edit: a representative reached out to me after this explaining the insurance coverage and why I incurred the bill.

I wasn’t actually seen here because I was told that they would only screen me for COVID which is not why I went in. I explained my symptoms but they said that they couldn’t do much about it except look at me several hours later. I was confused because I thought Urgent Care centers would allow walk-ins, but this center doesn’t seem to. Just make sure you have an appointment or call ahead. It’s disappointing to need care and get turned away. The facility seemed top notch from what I could see!

If you have COVID symptoms good luck getting to see a doctor. COVID symptoms include almost anything now. They might be able to see you if you have a broken bone. Otherwise, good luck.

I’ve had a long time fear of needles and Cottage Urgent care staff has helped me get over 20+ year fear in a month and then some. I had fractured part of my left hand and the staff handled me so delicately and made sure to get me to the right specialist; they even made multiple suggestions and I feel like I really hit the jack pot with everyone involved. They called and checked up on me, which I really appreciated *even if they do that for everyone*. I had another injury weeks later and the staff was once again, amazing! They got me into a room and really put in effort to make the best decision for my injury. I ended up getting sutures and the Nurse who was caring for me talked me through everything and even made sure I got a tetanus shot because of my record for that month (I was 3-4 years over due). I would recommend everyone I cared about to get treatment from Cottage Urgent care. The commercials weren’t lying!
