Cottage Urgent Care - San Luis Obispo - Foothill Plaza

The staff at Cottage Urgent Care was great. They were all very respectful, professional, and polite.

My family and I were on vacation and my daughter needed immediate care. We are happy that we chose Cottage Urgent Care. The facility was modern, clean, and high tech. We loved the staff. They were all friendly and very helpful. The nurse on duty was so nice and made my daughter feel very comfortable. We were in and out in 30 minutes.

The staff here is so nice and helpful! They truly care about the patients they are seeing. By far the best urgent care experience I have had.

They are always so fast and so nice which is a rare thing when it comes to any kind of urgent care. I’ve been there multiple times and it’s the only place I’ll continue to go! Love this place

I’ve had a long time fear of needles and Cottage Urgent care staff has helped me get over 20+ year fear in a month and then some. I had fractured part of my left hand and the staff handled me so delicately and made sure to get me to the right specialist; they even made multiple suggestions and I feel like I really hit the jack pot with everyone involved. They called and checked up on me, which I really appreciated *even if they do that for everyone*. I had another injury weeks later and the staff was once again, amazing! They got me into a room and really put in effort to make the best decision for my injury. I ended up getting sutures and the Nurse who was caring for me talked me through everything and even made sure I got a tetanus shot because of my record for that month (I was 3-4 years over due). I would recommend everyone I cared about to get treatment from Cottage Urgent care. The commercials weren’t lying!

Best staff ever! Called first thing Friday morning to see if they could squeeze in a rapid Covid test and I got a call back within 2 hours that they could! Everyone was so kind and even though they are slammed, you would never know by the way they treat you! Thank you to everyone there, you guys are great!

This urgent care is possibly the best clinic I have been to over 60 years in seven different States. Brand new, state of the art with highly competent, very kind staff. My wife and I have both had 5 star experiences.
