Urgent Care Center's Online Review Report Card

I made an appointment online through their website as the answering machine recommended and I called all day to confirm. This was a Monday at 2pm and they never once answered their phone. So as sick as I am I waited patiently until 2pm.Once I arrived, nobody was there. Not one person. What a shameful way to practice medicine. You make appointments and then don’t answer your phone or show up. Then they leave a sigh on their door that says to call the telegraphy line and it goes to some answering machine which has a full inbox.Disgraceful.

I received a quick response back from the Dr it was amazing. He listen to me first then responded. Thanks I'm back to normal

Doctors were on time, friendly and skilled. I really appreciate their timelyness which tells me they value my time which is very important to me. I also like that the office is automated for scheduling.

My wait wasnt long but nurses are not professional and there service is not good fgey took about almost two months i had to call them for my lab results.

I came here after work and paid a $75 fee for them to give me no diagnosis, no prescription nothing for what I came in, I was told to go to the ER and update them with my diagnosis ummm no never coming here again dont bother.

Called them before i went in and they closed hours early because she said they were not busy. I thought they were in someone needs them. Not my heroes

Ive been coming to urgent care center of South Bay for years now, they have always been helpful and kind, but this last experience took the cake. I came in for a sprained wrist, but we left with so much more. Not only is the staff amazing and friendly, but they sincerely care about  whoever walks through their door. upon our arrival, my parter was very anxious, from losing a loved one next door, at little company of Mary. The staff immediately came to him and asked him what was wrong. Sat with us and gave us some amazing grief advise. They have always treated me with respect and kindness but this was on a whole other level. You have my business forever. Love you guys! Wrist is feeling a little better as well! (Was difficult to type but worth it)

I have gone here in the past and got excellent service, but this is not the case anymore. New staff is SCARY! About 34 employees on top of each other at front desk, on their phones, giggling, and wearing their mask with their noses uncovered! The nurse who helped and the doctor were nice and knowledgeable but the rest of the staff is completely clueless and unqualified. The place is dirty, unorganized, and not up to health codes. The nurse told me himself how frustrating it was working with the young women there for all they do is stare at the or phones! I have called them 5 times today in regards to a doctors order I need to proceed with my treatment elsewhere.. I have gotten nowhere. I spent 5 hours there yesterday just to get Xrays. There was only one person there before me. When I asked the front desk for simple things like my medical note for work, which by the way I asked about 5 times, the person in the front just said oh yah I forgot. This is literally their answer to everything oh yah I forgot are you kidding me right now? Im not ordering a burger and fries and you forgot my soda.. THIS IS MY HEALTH!!! do yourself a favor and never go there.. and to the girls working at the front. Please get a new job, the medical field is not for you..

I went to this office today for pre op exam.  The reason for the one star is that I did not feel safe from the COVID19 the entire time.  The nurses huddled up together. No regard for social distance. Gloves were not being worn by the staff. When I questioned why no gloves they just stated they use the hand sanitizer. Also the trash can in the room I was in was beige and filthy on the outside. Does not give the impression that they are taking extra steps in cleaning or protecting themselves or patients from the virus. I was referred to this office and I will inform my referring doctor that this is not currently a place people should go.
