Doctors were on time, friendly and skilled. I really appreciate their timelyness which tells me they value my time which is very important to me. I also like that the office is automated for scheduling.

Ive been coming to urgent care center of South Bay for years now, they have always been helpful and kind, but this last experience took the cake. I came in for a sprained wrist, but we left with so much more. Not only is the staff amazing and friendly, but they sincerely care about  whoever walks through their door. upon our arrival, my parter was very anxious, from losing a loved one next door, at little company of Mary. The staff immediately came to him and asked him what was wrong. Sat with us and gave us some amazing grief advise. They have always treated me with respect and kindness but this was on a whole other level. You have my business forever. Love you guys! Wrist is feeling a little better as well! (Was difficult to type but worth it)

My experience began with that sweet girl at the front desk. So caring and understandingThen the man Medical Assistant X-Ray added great moral and lights up the whole experience of coming. Very happy you cameBut saving the best for last. I really have some issues I didn’t get answers for till I metNP Dianne Novin. What an amazing women she is to the field of NP. She was able to give me and explanation in detail of what my problems I’m having are in laymen terms that I’ve never received before from ANY DR. No kidding I was truly moved to literally tears and gave her a hug 🤗 She is truly and asset to your establishmentAnd I couldn’t be happier that I’m in her careShe told me “ She is with me all the way”Wow 🤩 She has a driven Personality !

BEST URGENT CARE IN THE WORLD AMAZING DOCTORS AND STAFF !!

I was so sorry to hear of Dr Vafadari passing, he was one of a kind excellent caring doctor who genuinely cared for my daughter like his own! We ended up going there a few more times whenever we needed urgent care, A+ care, its still good but I sure wish more doctors have the old fashioned genuine concern as Dr V did!!

Everyone here is so friendly and knows what they are doing. Came in with fluid in my lower back thinking it was something extremely serious, but the doctors here eased my worries without making me feel dumb for thinking it could be something else.  Patients move in and out very quickly so never really too long of a wait to get taken care of. The facility is clean and orderly in a time of pandemic. Wouldnt go to any other urgent care if you live in the area.

I couldnt get into my primary care doctor until Tuesday so I went to urgent care on a Saturday because I couldnt wait. The place isnt fancy but the front desk receptionist was really nice, the doctor seemed really knowledgeable, and I was in and out of there in under 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend urgent care center of Southbay to anyone who needs it.
