I wish we could use negative stars. Their office is so disorganized. Every time there seems they have a new Dr but the same issues Plan on spending all day waiting and well past your appointment time I am unsure why they bother having appointments when the soonest we have ever been seen is, at minimum an hour past the appointment time. No apologies, No Empathy And forget about the office responding to pharmacy refill calls in a timely manner. I suggest you Run don't walk away as quickly as possible.
Few months ago I had to visit this clinic for health reasons, I was very impressed with their service. The doctor and the staff made me feel that I was not alone at this time of my life. As I continue with my treatment every step of the way I have had the support of the staff at this clinic, everyone of them but mostly Gladys have been there to guide me , always with a positive attitude.Few months ago I had to visit this clinic for health reasons, I was very impressed with their service. My mom was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. This was her first visit after being discharged from the hospital. She looked forward to finding out the plan of treatment for her condition. We arrived 10 minutes late. The front desk lady named Gladys Enriquez processed my mom's insurance paperwork. It ended up taking the next 50 minutes. Gladys told my mom that she was an hour late and that she was NOT going to be seen by Dr. Singh. She added that the next appointment was coming up, while my mom and I were the only two visitors in the office. I tried to explain to her that we were only 10 minutes late and that my mom really looked forward to having a treatment plan in place for her, considering she is in stage 4. Gladys did not take into consideration the emotion and the challenges that my mom and our family had to deal with upon learning about my mom's condition. She did not show any compassion nor empathy for my mom as a patient. My mom and I were very disappointed with the way we were treated by Gladys. She could have been more professional, understanding, and accommodating to my mom. In the end, my mom did not get a chance to see Dr. Singh.

I have severe iron deficient anemia and was referred to the oncology institute by my primary care physician to see a hematologist here named Dr. Singh. She was WONDERFUL. It really struck me how kind and understanding she was. She gave me all her time and attention and even handed me tissues when i started crying. Her high level of competence in the area of anemia was so refreshing and much needed! This is now my 2nd time of 4 here to receive iron infusions and the nurse Deana is literally a beast! She is not only extremely kind with an incredible bedside manner, which you would need to have dealing with cancer patients who are going through a much rougher journey than me, but I have the HARDEST veins to find (they are shallow and tiny!) and she got it in seconds each time!! This certainly is not a place you are hoping to have to visit by any means but If you do find yourself in that situation you should expect a very high level of care and respect for your health challenges.Additionally this office is located in the Henry Mayo hospital complex so it’s easy to find with ample parking!I have severe iron deficient anemia and was referred to the oncology institute by my primary care physician to see a hematologist here named Dr. Singh. Brought my parent to this location to have a first time consult with Dr. Vinita Singh! We have been through a few Oncologists as the rest just were ill prepared and delivered to readiness to assist, communicate, etc. We were very pleased finally!Dr. Singh was professional, thorough, and very supportive to patient right's to make necessary decisions. She explained everything clearly and made certain my parent understood all terms and treatment options.Very pleased to say the least!
