Doctor Reynolds’s & nurses are amazing! So kind and helpful.Front desk staff are quite unprofessional and spend most time arguing and picking at each other loud enough for the whole waiting room to hear.
Dr. Reynolds and team are great. He and Dr. Jeff explain lab results and any questions that I may have thoroughly. They take the time to meet the patient where they are at. It's important to know that your doctor takes that much care for his patients. I would refer them to others without hesitation.
VERY POOR COSTUMER SERVICE... every time I called it took multiple calls before somebody will answer phone and they even drop the calls at times. Front desk secretary Nidy requires extensive training with regards to costumer service. She told me that I did not inform her that lab results are new. Lab result has "collection date" why does a patient or family needs to tell her if theres a new lab if dr Reynolds was the one who ordered. Im trying to explain to her that there's a date but she kept on stopping me and told me "she is busy". So rude! DR REYNOLDS REALLY GOOD And very thorough with his explanation of plan of treatment and lab result... but COSTUMER SERVICE SPECIFICALLY FRONT DESK NEEDS TO IMPROVE.
Great service.
my mom needs a new authorization for mammogram due to change of insurance .It has been over 3 month and after multiple phone calls with the office , I checked with insurance today still no MD order to request auth for the mammogram. 1) even the office should be the one check if there is a change of insurance at the end of the year and request new auth, I reminded the office to do that in January , updated with the office with the new insurance info. 2) waited more than a month still no authorization letter, called back, per office staff they don't have my mom's new insurance info , ok we updated with them and authorization department and request MD to place a new order again. 3) then waited almost a month again, still no update, called back to office, the staff said auth is approved, I reminded the staff, plz double check if that's the new auth for this year, no, they still only have the old expired auth which was approved last year , they still ask me to use that auth number to call for appointment, of course the imaging center won't take my mom for appointment . 4) I called back to office to request auth again, per office staff they are just front desk, I should talk to referral department which I have been spoke with both office and referral department already last month, and plz don't try to blame each other , you need to communicate. What the office medical assistance needs to do then? For all Dr order that needs auth, pt needs to call authorization department themselves? Also as of today, i called the authorization department 5 times before they answer, either voicemail or phone get disconnected after 8 mins wait, gave them the same information again, I wonder, what have this oncologist group done for the patient so far? Even the patient called the MD office / referral department to remind them many times to request new auth, to update the insurance , still no update. What if the patient don't know what to do, then no one will catch this, it's a oncologist office, diagnostic imagine test is timely sensitive, if there is a tumor that is malignant that can make huge impact on patients health condition. This office really needs to train their staff to communicate and to follow up on orders and auth, and to care about patients! It's unbelievable !
Terrible services! I went into the office in person to make an appointment for my mother a whole month ago. They told me that the doctor is going to go to vacation for two weeks. So I made an appointment for when he comes back. On the day of the appointment, my mother already headed over for her appointment, 10 minutes before her appointment, the office called and told us that the doctor is not available. Very unprofessional and unreliable! Cannot recommend him to anyone who’s life depends on it. If I could give it a zero or negative star, I would.Terrible services! Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
