Dr. M. SHUM professional, and his care given started out very pro active.. However medical records became incomplete of symptoms at had and I was handed off to Nurse Practioner with no new treatment plan. Thank you much.

Finding out you have breast cancer can be very difficult to understand. Had been to a other oncologist and decided I needed a second opinion. Tried the oncology institute. From making my appointment to the office visit staff there were very professional. My oncologist explain to me in a language I could understand I knew I was at the right place to help me through this process. Was there for the first time, the waiting was not all that bad, the nurse that took me in was every friendly and professional, the doctor talk to very professional and words that you can understand, overall I was please with everything. Good Job there.👍🙏🙏

This place is horrible, they dont care about their patients. I helped my Dad on his appointment at 2pm, waited for an hour and followed up with the front desk and replied in a rude way " Yes He will be next" without saying sorry, but still waited for another hour before we called inside. Waited another hour in the room with no Doctor. Followed up again and they said the Dr is in the phone and we will be next. Total wait time with appointment to see the Dr. is 3hrs which is so ridiculous. My Dad is so tired waiting on his wheelchair. I don't feel that Dr. Freimann care about my Dad Health situation , He's always in a rush and It's been 2 months and still no treatment plan. If you really care about your patient you don't let them wait for that long and makes them feel comfortable and safe in your care.....
