List of Aspen Leaf Holistic Mental Health's Reviews
I love working with Dr Campbell! I’ve been seeing her for almost two years now and I feel heard, taken seriously, and feel like there is a collaborative approach to find the best solutions for my needs. I highly recommend Dr Campbell and Aspen Leaf to anyone looking for a new provider!
I'll start with this - I LOVE my Doctor. Dr. Campbell understands me, listens to me and genuinely cares about my well-being. I'm giving 3 stars because, for some reason, I am forced to communicate with Ernesto every month when requesting my refill. This has led to tremendous anxiety (something I am being treated for) EVERY TIME I have to ask for my medication. If I don't spell out the FULL name of the medicine, I'm met with condescending responses, correcting me. If I don't start my text with "GOOD MORNING", I get a passive aggressive response. The most recent was, "FIRST OF ALL BRIAN...GOOD MORNING". I'm asking for a refill for something that a doctor prescribed to me, typically in the middle of a work day. Why would I be met with hostility and passive aggressive messages? You can see from the other 1 and 2 star reviews that this is not the only instance of being met with passive aggressive nonsense by Ernesto.
I just passed my one year mark of being a patient, and I highly recommend Aspen Leaf. I'd like to give strong praise to the administrative team, especially Ernesto. I have had several situations where I needed last-minute help that he came to the rescue. This includes a time when a pharmacy that I had been going to for a full year, refused to fill my prescription notified me several days later, late on Friday, until they spoke with someone at the office (this is an issue with pharmacies in general). And I was leaving to go out of state that night for a month. But I called and left a voicemail to Aspen Leaf. Within minutes, Ernesto had texted me and let me know he was on it. Truly, I cannot thank him enough. For my treatment, I have been working with Kelly Prado during this time. She has been very caring and thoughtful in her approach to my treatment. I have been receiving treatment for the better part of 10 years and across the country with varying degrees of success. At this time, I am at a point that makes me extremely happy.
Confrontational staff - specifically Ernesto. I previously wrote a 1 star review about how I experienced discontinuation syndrome. Ernesto reached out to talk about it (I did not want to talk on the phone) but we emailed back and forth a bit. He was passive aggressive and made it sound like my situation was my fault because I canceled my most recent appointment. He was also very clearly unhappy because of my negative review. I canceled my appointment because it’s difficult to convince yourself to go back to a place that has previously caused you harm. Terri is a nice person but didn’t understand that I was experiencing was discontinuation syndrome and not just “side effects” from the drugs she had prescribed. The drugs she prescribed (and tried to prescribe) made all of my symptoms worse and threw my nervous system into further disarray. Maybe I could have stuck with it and things would have worked out differently, but when your doctor doesn’t seem to “get” what you’re going through, you likely wouldn’t want to keep going back either. Just know that not everyone has a positive experience here. Hopefully you will, but I did not.
Aspen Leaf is such a great place! I know I can easily go and talk to Kelly for some good ways and vitamins to help with anxiety. Also, being able to talk to someone about things in life that don’t seem fair or how life happens is so warming to know someone is here listening to you and I did not feel alone. Thank you Aspen Leaf!
If you are looking to better your mental health and actually get results.. ASPEN LEAF IS THE PLACE TO BE!! I struggled with anxiety for a long time they helped me find a great, alternative, healthy solution for me to be IN CONTROL of my anxiety instead of anxiety being in control over me!I highly recommend this place BIG TIME!!! Schedule your appointment today! You won't regret it!
Great place where you can feel more of a personalized approach. They are on top with the follow up appointments to make sure everything works for you and they check on your well being. I highly recommend this place!
Teri took the time to listen carefully and made me feel comfortable sharing my needs and strong points along with ordering lab work that not even my own PCP has done for me. I am very thankful, for the time and expertise that is shared, along with the flexible scheduling offered by Aspen. :)
I'm not sure what's happened with Aspen Leaf but my appointments have just been continuously pushed off to the point that I have to find an alternative provider. Carrie was great while she was here.
Kelly is absolutely wonderful! She is a grounded and thoughtful listener who stays current in research and best practices. I would recommend her to anyone.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
