Aspen Leaf Holistic Mental Health's Online Review Report Card

Kelly Prado is incredible and deserves 5/5. However, the office is extremely understaffed and a lot of very important information (medication refill requests, phone number updates, etc.) will fall through the cracks 7-8 times before they're taken care of. As long as you go into it aware of the situation (and the fact that you'll spend a lot of money on appointments they miss due to incompetence and miscommunication), that's fine. Kelly Prado is a great practitioner -- and she is bilingual, which is hard to find -- so it might be worth it for you. It's been worth it for us, even though it's been a constant headache.

Superb customer service and they defiantly made me feel really safe and comfortable! Mental health is a big deal in America and I love the fact that their whole team work super hard to find solutions for my situation! ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

We absolutely love Aspen Leaf! We were a little bit nervous as we have never had the need for Mental Heath assistance in the past. We also tend to turn to holistic medicine and only use traditional when needed. When we realized our children were struggling with anxiety and depression our pediatrician automatically prescribed medication almost without any questions asked. That’s when we went on a search for a holistic approach and an educated diagnosis. We found Aspen Leaf and ended up working with Terri! We LOVE her so much. Each appointment has been virtual. She is very knowledgeable, loving and sensitive to our needs. She has made my daughter extremely comfortable. And she is always open to trying a natural approach first. We also love the office staff, every time we have had to call the front office for rescheduling or financial questions they have been prompt in returning our call. We highly recommend Aspen Leaf.

This is been the worst experience that I have ever had when dealing with a health care professional. My son was seeing one of the doctors at their practice. He called to request a refill, he never heard from them. I called them too, I went to their offices only to find out they blocked my phone and my son's phone number. In essesnce they were not interested in seeing my son, gave no explanation. My son deals with depression and dropping a client like that is unacceptable, specially since is so too difficult to find a replacement. This is simply unacceptable, unprofessional and unrelable and most important they don't care.

Aspen Leaf has changed my life! All of the staff are so helpful and kind. Ernesto is phenomenal, he's always on point with medication refills, and anything that I need. And my advisors Olga and Terri are terrific. They're super easy to talk to, and will help you through anything that you're going through, whether that's proper medication, or advice. They're also relatively inexpensive! Mental health is just as important as physical health, and with these folks, you're in great hands. I wouldn't recommend any other facility or staff.
