I arrived on time for a scheduled new patient appointment, having completed all required paperwork in advance and online. But when I reached the clinic (which is located in a shared office space on the third floor), there was no one present. No doctor, no receptionist, no one answering the phone. The office was completely unstaffed. I understand emergencies can happen, but I received no advance notice, voicemail, or follow-up communication. Because my time is also valuable, this lack of communication was both frustrating and unprofessional. In response to the below claim that “all cancellations receive multiple messages,” I would encourage this clinic to review its internal processes. That statement is demonstrably untrue in this case. Internal logs mean very little if messages are not actually sent or received. I received no voicemail, no email, and no other notification. Seen from the other reviews, this clinic enforces a very strict “no-show” policy for patients, including late-fee penalties if a client fails to leave a timely cancelation voicemail. I would expect this practice to follow the same standard of professionalism and courtesy that it requires from its clients.

This practice is a joke, they are more than happy to ignore your calls and let you go without refilling your prescriptions. If you can go to a different practice DO IT! I don't understand how a company can stay in business being ran this way, especially a company that is supposed to help people with their mental health.

Don’t care about your mental health at all. Allison Schmitt is as cold as they come, without regard to patient sensibility. Needs more experience dealing with patients and their symptoms, you can tell she’s very green in many departments and only cares about protocols. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, stay away!
